The order at the bank branch is unclear.. it seemed to be on coupons, but somehow, the people who were behind, on the same issue, turned out to be in front. The administrator did not react to our repeated request in any way. As a result, we stayed there for 2 hours. The support in whatsapp does not work well. They answer for a long time, they do not solve the questions. There is no customer orientation. The mobile application is slow, and some necessary functions are missing. Currency exchange in the mobile application is overestimated at times. I rate this bank a C-grade...
