I go to group training here. I like everything. Coach Lyudmila is just wonderful, I like how she conducts Fit mix classes, competently compiles a program for all muscle groups, gives a good load, she is also a very positive, open and pleasant person - thank you for that!
I like that there is a limit on the number of people in a group, a maximum of 8 people. It is very comfortable and convenient to practice this way, there is no crowd.
The room is always clean, well renovated, it's nice to be there. The prices are adequate!which is also good)
I recommend it to everyone!

There is no such thing here) they are sitting at the entrance)). The gym is small, the gym equipment is tight and it is better to walk in the morning when there are few people.

I have been coming here since the very opening and professionals who are passionate about their work always work here. The gym is well equipped, the load is small, so you do not have to wait until the right simulator is available. The fitness room has everything you need, even TRX, and most importantly - there are trainers with a positive charge and competent training)
I would like to separately note the reverent attitude of the management to cleanliness: all mats, all equipment, floors and walls are washed and disinfected conscientiously!

I went there about a year ago, the simulators are not serviced and the worn coating with tears that can be scratched, apparently they save on staff since the coach and the administrator are one person, I had to wait until he came out to take the key anyway, the water in the hall is poured from the tap into the bottle in the back room

My training sessions here from early February to early May 2019 went well.
Friendly administrators;
Cardio and strength training equipment in good condition;
All rooms are clean and tidy.
Vent. the system is in working order, I did not notice any dampness.
There are toilets M and J.
Men's undressed with 2 showers.

A good gym, few people, access to the simulator is free, but there is no air conditioning, this is the main disadvantage, especially in summer, although there are few people, but it's stuffy. The price is good, students get a 30% discount. The disadvantage is that on weekends they work from 10.00 to 18.00, and this is the time when you are free and you can stay late or come early.
