They were treated at the Dentakay Nish clinic in Istanbul.The clinic is reliable, modern and well-equipped.I want to say right away that there are no complaints about doctors.They are professionals in their field.I would like to thank Dr. Yesim Ölçer for a job well done.I have big complaints about the administration of the clinic, about people who calculate the price of treatment.Before going for treatment, we contacted the clinic, sent photos of our teeth, and were sent three treatment plans (budget, standard, and premium).We chose the premium one.Upon arrival, we underwent an examination and the treatment plan has already been finalized and the amount has increased significantly from the previously agreed amount.Which made me suspicious.I asked to be given a detailed invoice for the treatment.The employee's smile immediately changed to displeasure.He started calling to confer somewhere and then said that the invoice would be given but after payment.But then, under various pretexts, they refused us, their accountant got sick, the printer broke down, etc.The first stage of treatment was coming to an end and we were not given the invoice, they said they would send it to us by e-mail.Of course, no one was going to send us anything by mail, they ignored all our requests to send an invoice.But then three months later we received a message that our consultant had changed and we asked him to send us an invoice, and she sent it to us, probably they forgot about us or the consultant was not aware.The difference we paid did not match the amount indicated in the invoice and amounted to €815.When we arrived for the second visit, we raised this issue, he did not expect it, started frantically searching for something on his phone, then went somewhere. When I came, I said that this amount was for the service, it was not indicated in the invoice.To our question about the coca service, he replied that the payment for the hotel and transfer.Then I tell him that the hotel and transfer are included in the price of the treatment.He immediately started saying that the translator misunderstood him and that they were underestimating the cost in order to avoid taxes.We asked to see the price list and to call the manager.He said that there was no price list and the clinic manager, and he wouldn't have a phone, either.Then he left for a while, he brought some employee, and he already gave us an ultimatum, either we pay the required amount or they stop the treatment.We had no choice but to pay, as the treatment was coming to an end.Later, sitting in the lobby, we talked with other patients, and upon arrival, the price of all increased many times.There are basically two reasons why the plan changed, or when you were flying, their price went up.The clinic administration has put the deception of clients on stream, first they lure you with an acceptable price, and when you arrive, the price rises many times and can reach several thousand.I think this is the practice in all clinics in Turkey.Below I will post photos of people who will deceive you if you decide to undergo prosthetics at this clinic and the price list for services he does not come from this clinic, but the price is about the same - + 10€.Focus on this price and try to deceive yourself, good luck.
