I applied with a toothache today, 05/25/2024. Not only was it Saturday, but the doctor had the end of the work shift, but he accepted it without question. It's a pity, I forgot to find out what the doctor's name is, an older man works in the second office. He gave me a whole half hour, examined me, honestly and in great detail described and explained what should be done with the tooth and what does not make sense. I didn't take a penny, because the most correct solution was to remove the tooth, and not any other procedure, but for this I had to make an appointment the next day. So this doctor suggested where you can even remove a tooth on a day off in the evening and not suffer. Thank you very much to the specialist and the center for the good attitude and help

The receptionist, in response to my questions about the delay, not only did not apologize for the delay, but rather sharply explained that "the doctor is busy with another client." As a client, I probably didn't present any value. In total, they gave me no more than 15 minutes, including the time of taking the picture. The purpose of visiting the consultation is to find out the possible options for prosthetics, their pros and cons for me, I have not achieved. I hope that the pictures are of high quality and will be useful. A separate issue with payment. When making an appointment, I outlined the situation of the visit, the cost of the consultation was 16 rubles. In fact, they charged me 29 rubles. The bill amused me. The price includes a set of tools for taking and examining the image. It's not about the amount. But why mislead customers! How is it possible to conduct a consultation without looking into the patient's mouth? And why send a picture if you don't look at it for consultation purposes?

The building is old, the corridor is gloomy, there are few places to wait, visitors did not have enough space, and they have to wait a long time. Unfortunately, there is nothing to say about doctors. I'm fine with delays, everything happens, but the attitude towards people should be different, and this discourages any desire to return.

I read the reviews and it was scary to come a little)) I don't remember which doctor I went to, but he turned out to be very kind and attentive! His assistant is actually the sweetest in the world! I am very afraid of needles, but they calmed me down and even held my hand. Everything went well and quickly, I am very happy! Of the minuses, the situation in the building only strained - it was dark in the corridor, some dirty boys were running back and forth (workers maybe), it was creepy 😂 But the offices themselves are super clean, bright and comfortable!

This "doctor" was treated without a picture, and with an incomprehensible, rather solid material, according to a real dentist who has 25 years of experience, a specialist in his field, to whom it is not terrible to recommend. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you take a close look at the doctor who will treat your tooth.

And to be honest, I'm not happy with the result, I don't want to offend anyone, the doctor is diligent. But, I came for one reason, I had a toothache when I drank hot, I explained everything, two fillings were made. (Cost 180 rubles.) The pain did not go away. I thought it would take a little time for the pain to subside. Two weeks later, I make an appointment with the same doctor again, I told him about the problem, the doctor was not going to change anything. I suggested to observe the tooth, for example, I have pain for about a minute, if it is more than 10-20 minutes, for example, then come and remove the nerve. I wonder how I can drink coffee now..? Wait for the flux to come and then I will be offered something more serious..? On the same day I had my teeth cleaned, it hurt terribly, I tell the doctor, he does not react and gets annoyed. (As if it's my fault that it hurts me.) Cleaning cost 115p. At the exit, I ask the admin, do you have any other good masters? - We have all good ones. What about you? I explained, and of course the admin will protect his own. In general, the "client is right" does not work. It felt like the customers were not appreciated. Nothing is offered as an alternative. I've made my own conclusions. I don't think I'm going to leave my money there anymore. That's all. By the way, there was a doctor: Pavel Pozhlakov.

I listened to a lot of complaints from the doctor who picked up the phone. That I found the time to call. He has a patient here, and he has to answer questions about the cost of services on a day off. I'm shocked. If you don't even have a person answering the phone, and doctors are torn between patients and calls, then everything is clear to me. Moreover, doctors are nervous, they take out their anger even at people who just called at the specified time on the site!!!!!
