The child was scared when they came for treatment, and the nurse said, "Why is he in a bad mood? He's not crying here, but he's going to cry there." Very professional. Maybe the doctors there are good, but because of the boorish attitude of the other staff, I don't want to go back there. After reading the reviews, I see the same situation that the Dentiko Administration does not react to in any way, this boorish administrator who does not know how to work with people continues to work there and a nurse who absolutely does not know how to work with children continues to spoil the mood of the children. Even better..I ask, and if I hadn't had my phone with me (or I could have stayed in the car), the answer is, well, then there wouldn't have been a picture, the curtain.

I took the child to this clinic from the very first problems, now she is already 13, all the fillings were put here, there is no doubt about their quality. So this year, seeing new problems, we went to the doctor in the spring for treatment. But there is a caveat, we had a card with four seals, and the fifth is advertised as free. Apparently this was the reason - the doctor said she did not need treatment, come back in a year. And now it's July, we go to an ordinary city polyclinic for a certificate to school - and gets a verdict - THREE teeth with caries, needs treatment. I call Dentico (by the way, they always don't pick up the phone, you have to call 100 times), and they have an appointment for the end of September! And how to get a certificate to school, having cured three teeth with such an attitude? Was it really impossible to see the problem in the spring and heal it? That's how regular customers get lost. I understand that if you have an appointment for 2 months in advance, then you have no problems with clients, but then you should have some kind of minimal conscience.

A 6-year-old child has a toothache, having called Brest dental clinics, almost no one undertakes to treat the teeth of children of this age anymore, although they were treated a year ago. I called Dentiko and a place was just vacated there after 2 hours, we arrived quickly, were treated with anesthesia, but before the injection, the gum was not anesthetized with a special gel, as it should be in normal children's clinics, especially private ones, they laid the medicine, gave 40p. They made an appointment 2 weeks later, arrived 2 weeks later, the child sat down in a chair to drill a temporary seal and get the medicine, but as soon as the drill was turned on, he was very scared, I tried to calm him down, and offered to get the medicine without drilling, the child agreed and sat down again in the chair, the doctor said she would try to get it, I felt the seal silently without saying anything to the child, I just said, like, now I'm going to feel it hard, I didn't want to drill a pier. It was obvious that she did not want to help the child in any way, but rather wanted to get rid of us by sending us to Novomed for treatment with anesthesia, and said that she did not need to persuade the child, she would not have time to make a tooth anyway, since there were 30 minutes left, although last time we waited 20 minutes for our reception from the appointed time. At home, I myself very easily took out the seal and medicine with the usual tip of nail scissors, how can we talk about the professionalism of the doctor (Borkovskaya N.I. it seems that the name on the card is indistinctly written, who tried to treat the tooth for us). It is a pity that in Brest there are no dental clinics for young children, which are somehow designed in a childish style to distract the child and doctors with a normal approach, and not as adults. There are a lot of video examples of pediatric dentists, where a cartoon screen stands above the chair for children to be distracted and oxygen masks and glasses are given so that the light does not blind their eyes when they make teeth, and the ICON treatment method without anesthesia and drilling for children. In short, Brest is backward in terms of pediatric dentistry, it's a pity. I do not advise Dentiko, probably they would have healed better and for free in an ordinary state polyclinic.
