Dentistry left mixed impressions. We applied here for dental treatment for our child. The doctor who received us showed patience and professionalism, managing to find an approach to a small client. Nevertheless, we faced some difficulties: we wanted to get to Dr. Vasilenko, but as it turned out, he no longer works at this clinic. This caused us confusion, as the name of the institution is still linked to his name, and the information on the website has not been updated.
Unfortunately, such details create a feeling of insecurity and distrust in patients. We understand that it is important to have clarity and transparency in the field of dental services. We hope that the clinic will take note of our comments and update the information on its web resource. Overall, despite some shortcomings, the treatment went well and we are satisfied with the result, but we would like to pay more attention to patient awareness issues.

Была поражена непрофессионализмом стоматолога-хирурга. Обратилась с острой болью из-за режущегося нижнего зуба «мудрости». Меня отправили на снимок, после чего я попала в кабинет стоматолога-хирурга, который вместо того чтобы заняться больным зубом, предложил удалить верхний здоровый зуб. Ссылаясь на то, что он давит на нижний и травмирует десну, то есть то что нижний зуб растет и разрывает десну из-за того что на челюсти просто не хватает для него места, врача не очень интересовало. По его мнению, нижний больной зуб, так же нужно удалять, но только после того как заживет травмированная десна после удаления здорового зуба. То есть пациенту с острой болью предложили не избавиться от нее, а добавить новую боль, возникшую в результате удаления здорового зуба. Я отказалась от данных процедур и на следующий день обратилась в другой стоматологический центр. Где посмотрев мой снимок, врач заявил, что больной зуб «мудрости» нужно срочно удалять, так как там образовалось очень много гноя. При этом врач заявил, что зуб очень «сложный». Добавив, что мои верхние зубы в полном порядке и не требуют удаления и лечения. И действительно во время операции по удалению зуба количество гноя, скопившегося в десне, было огромным. Я получила быструю, квалифицированную помощь врача в другой клинике. По этому если вы хотите добавить к своей боли новую, свежую боль, а так же лишиться здоровых зубов, обращайтесь в стоматологию у доктора Василенко.
