I've been going to this place for three years, I've always liked everything, the guys are great. But today, on Zybitskaya Street, I felt that something had gone wrong with Staf. I forgot to ask for the complaint book, although I should have. Today, that is, on the 13th of July 2019, I came to eat my favorite pancake. The girl at the checkout said that the waiting time is 25 minutes. I understand everything, I worked in catering myself, I nod affirmatively. I ordered tea with a pancake. I asked the cashier what to do, I want to wait out the cooking time on the summer terrace, well, and eat there (the territory is fenced and belongs to the Depot)
, To which they replied, come and see for yourself the readiness. Again, everything is clear, there are no waiters, etc. They made tea for me right away. I took a spoon in order to measure exactly how much sugar I needed. The girl from the cash register began to shout at the whole institution that it was forbidden to take appliances outside. I nodded approvingly and continued to pour out the sugar. I was told the same thing again. In response, I explained that I would leave the instruments inside, I only needed a spoon as a measurement. Then it was more fun. I came for my pancake, they give it to me in a paper envelope with disposable appliances. For the rest, everything was put on a board, from which it is convenient to eat. I say that I'm going to eat on the summer terrace with appliances. To this, they tell me that nothing but either "tracing paper" or "pebbles" can help. I ask what it is. As a result, they give me food paper. That is, the cashier believes that it is convenient to eat on a PIECE of PAPER on the street on their own let, where the table surface consists of a small paving stone with gaps. I somehow swallowed it all, and went with the unfortunate a4 to the street. And I see other guests sitting with planks and eating civilly with cutlery. My patience has run out because of the injustice. I came back to the cashier, and in a raised tone I said that you have a classification according to guests? Do they give someone a tablet, and let someone eat from a piece of paper? To this I was told that what should I do, take the doschechka away from the guest? I said that the rules are the same for everyone, then I demand that everyone sit without "amenities". As a result, when I turned around and headed for the exit, I was offered this unfortunate board. I said thank you and headed out onto the terrace. As a result, the pancake was burnt on the one hand, I was already washed out and realized that I was being made out to be a complete idiot. If your cameras are recording sound, please listen to how the staff talked to me. The period is from 7 to 8 o'clock. If the management really has such an assignment, do not give appliances and additional meters to the terrace - remove the summer terrace))) this is some kind of sur. A guest comes to you, and you suspect him of stealing something from the dishes. I worked at Paul's place a year ago, and I want to tell you, even if I had shut up to a guest that I didn't trust him, I would have been kicked out of that job. I hope for an adequate boss who will not think that this is a review from another "gemoroyschik". After all, those people who have already passed the catering can get a normal service from this bullying. I will be glad to receive feedback.
