Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room is without frills, but with everything you need: a good bed, shower, air conditioning with heating in winter, mini balcony, kettle, refrigerator, TV with two Russian channels, the room is cleaned regularly, towels, bed linen are changed. There was a low price of accommodation. Of the cons, there is absolutely no sound insulation, if there is a full occupancy, then do not expect peace. In fact, this is an urban mini-hotel. Meals are breakfast and dinner, a buffet in the morning, not fancy, in the evening soup, salad and a dish are prepared on arrival, in general it is always delicious. No one understands Russian.

I do not recommend this hotel for living if you want a relaxing holiday.
There is a bar in the basement. In the morning, breakfast is served there (everything that was not eaten yesterday: onion rings, cheese sticks), and in the evening, live music and karaoke are playing until 1 a.m. Pray that you will be settled on the 3rd floor, it is relatively quiet there and you will be able to fall asleep.
But the issue of smoking relocation will not be resolved in any way. Since they have one extractor hood with a bar, all rooms (both lobbies and corridors) are smoky. The hotel tries to hide it somehow with sweet stinkers, but it turns out even worse.
Our stay at the hotel was impossible: I am allergic, a friend after rhinoplasty - we woke up after the first night with snot, red eyes, sore throat, terrible headache. We were on allergy pills and drops all day.
The advantages of the hotel: the staff is ready to make concessions if you know how to get your way. We were moved to the best room on the first night after 4 complaints, they were ready to leave us this room for the entire period of stay, went to a meeting and agreed on a refund for non-refundable reservations, helped resolve the issue of eviction…
And now to the most interesting part. If you make a reservation through T-bank, be prepared for the fact that you will stay outside at 3 a.m. with suitcases and no one will help you))
Now in order: we sent the first application for a refund to the Tbank at 10 a.m., when we warned the reception that it was impossible to live here and we were moving out. In the chat, we communicated with probably 30 employees - all are incompetent, respond to the template and immediately disconnect.
We had to prove that a non-refundable reservation can be canceled in cases of non-provision of services and in critical situations that threaten the health of the client. And it was only closer to lunch that we managed to get Nikita's senior specialist to connect, who recruited us himself and promised to solve everything and gave high priority to our application.
By 6 p.m., the situation had not changed in any way, we went to take matters into our own hands. We took a picture and sent several emails from the hotel to the agent in the chat that they confirm our eviction and a full refund. Tinek did not accept this as evidence, as they needed an answer from their supplier. But they asked us for proof that the room was smoked... brilliant!
Just think about it: we, as customers, are not protected in any way by using the services of T-Bank, no alternatives were offered at the time of resolving the issue, no attempts were made to resolve the issue promptly. As a result: we handled the whole situation with the hotel ourselves at 18:00 and were ready to leave, but had to sit until 3 a.m. and wait for confirmation of compensation from the TBANK.
Two girls alone on the street in the cold, in a foreign country at 3 a.m. they yell at the T-Bank operators and try to contact the supplier, solve their own problems.
Thank you for a ruined vacation, a ruined birthday, for exhausted nerves, for tears and snot.

A good hotel for short business trips or for very unpretentious people. The interior is normal, the economy rooms are 50/50 tired, the standards are beautifully renovated, improved tired and without a view at all.
A huge minus is noise on weekends and during the week, if there are private parties. It is better to take a high floor above the ground or with windows in the opposite direction.
There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff will help you pick up your things.
The reception is working fine, the guys are great, they help in everything and respond promptly. It's great that you can contact them via WhatsApp
There is frankly no room cleaning..
Wi-Fi is semi-dead
The breakfasts are ordinary, a small buffet: greens, eggplant, zucchini, grilled ramiro pepper, delicious mini mozzarella, stewed mushrooms, porridge, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon / melon, tea, coffee and a couple of changing positions. It may be boring) you can take the water yourself from the refrigerator
Dinner is always a surprise, but the positions are repeated anyway. They cook delicious, but almost all the time the main dish is fried : (the food is great, but the service is lame. At the beginning of the summer, there was and was a wonderful waiter who was always in a stable positive mood, never wanted to cash in somehow and was always helpful, and in September there was some unstable comrade who would arrange a holiday, then completely ignores the guests. I don't know if QBIK and Der Inn are connected, but the first one needs to rethink the concept of service.
The sea is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, the bus is the same. There is a direct bus from the bus stop to the airport for 40 liras — convenient 🤪

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks at the end of June 2024. My 6-year-old son and I really enjoyed it. We cleaned every day, changed towels, and provided water. The only thing was, the TV wasn't working, but we didn't really need it. The air conditioner was working perfectly. There are two bars downstairs, and there are concerts several times a week, music is playing loudly (until about 12 at night). It didn't bother us, you can't really hear her when the balcony is closed, and the music is great. We had breakfasts, of course it's not 5 stars, but there was something to eat.
The location is perfect, five minutes to the sea, five minutes to the public transport stop. Cafes, pharmacy, shops are within walking distance. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clear. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to large shopping malls, an aquapark, to the Old Town, and a little longer to Ikea). I think the hotel is ideally located and affordable for those who are not chasing 5-4. I chose it precisely because of the location and in order not to be tied to lunches and dinners, we ate in cafes and restaurants, of which there are a lot.

Among the advantages: the view from the window, friendly guys at the reception. They provided an additional blanket upon request. Very tasty dinner (salad, fish and chicken)
Of the cons: it is very cold in the room, we lived on November 25-26, 2024. There was smoking in the next room and the smell in the room was terrible. The bathroom is dirty, the switch to the shower did not switch normally, the tiles on the ceiling in the bathroom are shifted, I don't know why.
The room does not cost 6,600 rubles per day (although dinner and breakfast are included)

It's good that you didn't listen to the people in the reviews and took breakfast +dinner. We really liked the food, it's not cheap around in cafes, so it's a budget option, but high-quality. There is no meat at breakfast, there were sausages, but meat in Turkey is insanely expensive... But they gave watermelon and melon! It's the best thing for us. It is important that they give towels to the beach!!! We were carrying our own, but they were practically not needed. The air conditioner was leaking, but in general it was not critical. I really liked the guys at the reception. There is a guy who speaks Russian. The rest speak excellent English. They gave coffee, tea, and water to the room. Cleaning on request. The hotel is well located, but there is no territory and animation, we did not need it. There are a lot of Russians in this area, there is no need to be afraid. There are a lot of cats, dogs, but all are fat🐶😺
It is important that you can tell by your dinner preferences (we found out on the last day). The dinner consisted mainly of delicious rice, stewed vegetables, and meat. Sometimes soup was served. Sometimes dessert. We ate 2 meals a day and had enough for the whole day! Thank you very much, we will recommend you to our friends.

Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from 2.08 to 08.8.24g. Special thanks to the staff at the reception! We arrived at 5 a.m., and check-in is only from 2 p.m., as in all hotels. Berkay met us, he does not speak Russian, but we communicated through a translator. He brought us water, and did everything we asked for for us. We went for a walk , returned to the hotel at 8 o'clock .We were given breakfast.Another Rasul employee was already at the reception, very friendly, he will explain everything and show us, we were immediately settled.They didn't pay anything extra, they treated us with understanding!!! He speaks Russian perfectly. The room is clean, we liked everything. It's not worth the money.
The room smells of smoking, in the shower and in the cabinet under the sink there are such weird plastic linings, towels washed almost white.
Breakfast is ok, but no more than 3 days.
Drinking water - "as a gift" from the hotel is in the room.
There are 2 loud establishments on the lower floor of the hotel at once. According to the reception staff, the music will end at 23, in fact, no one even thought to turn down the volume before 00.30. The audibility is amazing. If you like to sleep at concerts, you are welcome here.

Room with breakfast.
The location of the hotel is as comfortable as possible - konyaalti beach is a 5-minute walk away, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby.
The staff is friendly, 2 people speak Russian.
The room was in satisfactory condition, but the faucet in the shower needs to be replaced. Plus clean the air conditioner.
The breakfast is delicious, the variety of dishes is not great.
There is a restaurant next to the hotel, there is a party on weekends and up to 2-3 nights. Get ready for the noise.
Our windows overlooked the courtyard.
In general, I liked everything. I recommend you to visit.

The hotel staff is attentive and tries to resolve any issues promptly. The problem in hotels is the smell of sewage in the shower, there is no water seal. The hotel looks new, but in fact it is being renovated "in a hurry". I got the impression that all the rooms on the left, as you climb the stairs, have some problems. The air conditioners are old and noisy. And in general, the rest in this hotel is good!

I was vacationing at the Der Inn hotel in early June 2022. I liked everything! There were small flaws, of course, not without it. The change of linen and equipping with inappropriate furniture occurred towards the end of my vacation (
But overall it's good)
A very sincere cook was at our breakfasts. The range of dishes offered was small at first, but delicious). Then by the end of my vacation it became more diverse.

Also, I recommend not to buy breakfast: everything is so limited, the absence of ordinary Turkish pastries and sweets is elementary. Coffee, I'm sorry, it's a dump. The manager is a CHEAPSKATE, he meets in the morning with a dissatisfied face. Nearby there are very decent cafes and a magnificent pastry shop Vilanel Bakery, with delicious coffee and a friendly barista.
