I ordered the product through the app, arrived, but the order was canceled because they can't find it. But it was not this that surprised me more, but that the seller claimed that this was not her job, that she was not a storekeeper and did not have to look for goods... the person has no interest in sales, is it worth keeping such an employee?..the second girl stood and apologized, but the first one only exasperated her, brushing everything off and showing her disregard...I understand everything, everything happens with a product...but the staff doesn't know how to talk to customers!

Terrible online store! Not only is the product not available in the nearest detmirs and you order through the whole Minsk in a store that shows that the product is in stock, so then when it's time to pick it up you find out that they made a mistake and it's not available! Awesome Support services are not solving the issue!
