And of course, as befits a store for children, there is a huge selection of toys for different wallets. All kinds of promotions are constantly held in the store, when prices are reduced by 10-70%. The product in the store is of good quality.

You cannot pay for purchases using NFC in this store, so either cash or a physical card.
In this store, it's better to buy several packages at once and insert one into the other, as they instantly tear, and it takes a long time to get to the parking lot, and of course no one will compensate you for broken toys or jars of food.
The habit of checking the receipt and purchases is useful, sometimes small things are punched twice, especially if there are a lot of goods. It may be an accident, but it has happened more than once.
There are not enough sellers here. Those who are at the end of the shift are already so tired that they are unlikely to be able to help with maintenance.

I came across this situation, and that year, in October 2024, promotion 3 was held for the price of 2. I discovered that the child's boot was torn at the seam. I came to return it today, the deputy Director did not tell me (that they could not make a refund, the guarantee was on top for only 14 days), as they bought 3 pairs for the price of 2. I was first told to return all the shoes that were allegedly registered on their website (when I asked to show them, they immediately began to get out that it was a long time ago, etc.) I started to get indignant that where is it prescribed that if one shoe is torn, then you return 2 pairs back. As a result, the money was returned. But not 85 rubles, as it was on the receipt , but 60 rubles were allegedly deducted points. The assortment is meager, there is never a seller in the hall . I went in once, only one cash register works, where the employee clarified the cost of the goods for the client, after the client agreed to purchase the goods, as it turned out, there was no change at the cash desk, the client went to change the bill, respectively, the whole crowd was transferred to the next cash desk, after a while that client returned, the cashier ran to the first cash register to count it despite the fact that the queue has already gathered is not small. Why not call another employee is unclear, there may be a shortage of staff.
Another time there was already excellent service.

After buying three pairs of shoes (according to the 3 = 2 promotion), one of them lasted a week (the child went to school for exactly a week), the inserts from the tanks burst. After reading the reviews on this model, it turned out to be a mass marriage. I returned it to the store. On the box and label there was information that the upper was genuine leather (suede), to which the store employee said that this was a typo and they did not have leather shoes except for one brand (Belarusian). How is it? You are misleading the buyer! She looked at both the shoes and the box for a long time, and said that they would double-check the information on the package. And communication leaves much to be desired.
I conclude that it is impossible to believe the inscriptions! From the same purchase at home, there are also sandals with information on the packaging of the leather inside and outside. Time will show.
