In June 2023, I washed their particulate filter and have been riding without complaints for a year and a half.
In September 2023, he handled a non-working air conditioner. We checked the entire chain, replaced the temperature sensor in the cabin – it's cold now, like in Antarctica in winter.
In September 2024, the red inscription "STOP! Engine failure hazard!" (STOP! A sudden stop of the engine is possible!), the consumption of diesel fuel has sharply increased, and the thrust has become like an old gelding.
I turned to the nearest service station, the "masters" for diagnostics, took 60 rubles – "there is not enough air, change the air filter." They took offense at my words that they changed all the consumables two months ago. Then I changed their air filter (another 40 rubles ...), the error was reset, the inscription disappeared. I left, after 40 km everything is the same as before: the red frightening inscription, the consumption sharply increased and the thrust disappeared. I called the "masters": "Probably something with the turbine, come." I decided that it was better not to set foot on such "professors" anymore – they would take the money, but the result was unclear. I am not writing the name of this service station for humane reasons, maybe all is not lost yet. But I lost ten days with them…
I remembered about the DEATH CAR, decided to call Denis, even though it's 15-18 km from me. In general, on October 8, I arrived in DETUN, Denis made a diagnosis, reset the error and offered to travel 200-300 kilometers, observe, and then come. I didn't take the money. I left, after 40 km the inscription popped up again. I called Denis, told him, he listened and recorded for October 15th. I arrived, left the car, and the next day Denis called: "Take it away, we figured it out, we did everything." It turns out that some pipes were clogged with soot, cleaned and everything was restored. And until today, everything is working properly, I have rolled two and a half thousand kilometers for it all – everything is fine: both consumption and thrust!
That's what it means – a smart, analyzing diagnostician !!!

I called a lot of people. Some people proved to me that the control unit is 1.5 Delphi and therefore it will be expensive. In fact, there is a Bosch and the master at this service station immediately said this on the phone and called an adequate price.
I came to them on Saturday, as agreed. We did everything in an hour. At the same time, you can communicate with the master and ask questions on topics of interest. For example, this is how I learned about the possibility to disable folding mirrors for the winter. We did it for free in a package with Adblue disabled.
It is clear that the guys are engaged professionally. A lot of equipment, scanners, etc.
So far, the flight is normal.

I warn everyone who wants to receive services from these specialists: in the order order, let them prescribe the cost of work and the time of work. In my situation, they told me very politely on the phone (which is captivating) that they know my Nissan qashqai+2 car with a 1.6 diesel engine well and will easily physically and programmatically remove the particulate, EGR and catalyst. they promised to do this work for 450 rubles as of early July 2023. One more point: extremely unpunctual and optional people. I was driving from Mogilev. We agreed on 11:00 on Saturday. As a result, after repeated calls, the employee arrived 1.5 hours later. I took the car, I thought that in 4-5 hours everything would be gone. After 6 hours, the elder Denis called and said that they had a patch (it was with my engine that more work needed to be done) and now the cost of work increases to 800 rubles. I would have refused, but I didn't want to look for other specialists and lose another day off, besides, Denis said that the car was already half-disassembled. I promised to finish everything by 20:00 on the same day. I agreed. At about 20:00, a call and a new voice said that they were not in time, so unfortunately on Sunday they would finish everything in the morning. There was no limit to my emotions. The next day at 12:00 I call Denis, to which a sleepy voice informs him that the car is in operation, I have committed to do everything before the end of the working day. Not trusting these constant deceptions, I went to them and was surprised. No one is there, including my car. I managed to find out from some guy that my car was simply taken to the next service station. I went to them (it was 13:30) and I see that the car is on the lift, no one is doing it, nothing has been disassembled yet. I asked the guys what was wrong with the car, they said they had just brought it. Denis, I am surprised that everything became known to me, promised to personally come and programmatically remove these units and do everything so that I could pick up the car. The car was picked up at about 18:00. For the inconvenience, he allegedly made a discount of 100 rubles. And what do you think, I drove 50 km from Minsk, the car went into emergency mode, the receipt caught fire. How angry I was.. on Monday, I called Denis, he again politely (this cannot be taken away from them, they always communicate politely and correctly) offered to come again next Saturday at 10:00. I was back at the appointed time without delay, but alas, Denis, in his usual manner, arrived 30 minutes late only after my call. I took out the control unit, did something with it for 20 minutes and everything seemed to be fine, the errors disappeared, the car began to drive, but after leaving the highway, I found that the engine began to spin up only to 2300 rpm, and then stupor. When Denis called, he could not tell me anything intelligible, he advised me to contact his partners in Mogilev so that they would not drive me back to Minsk. As a result: on average in Minsk (I studied this later), this service costs 600 rubles. Minsk rolled down with this organization twice, killed two weekends, paid more, the result was 70%, while they did not physically remove the catalyst on their own initiative for my own good, a frayed nervous system and extreme disappointment (previously in Minsk I faced exceptional, punctual and mandatory professionals in my field) from such figures. The review turned out to be big, a little emotional, but I hope it will help and save other decent people from such mistakes that I made. And also, do not use the services of those organizations that cannot leave a review on the site.
