They don't know how to say hello. There is Apple Pay to pay for the inspection. The specialist at the check speaks so quietly that you have to ask again, as if he is still under-fed, or checks not only the serviceability of the car, but also your hearing. After all the checks, you need to pay "for a permit to allow a vehicle to participate in traffic" and if you don't know this, then you don't want to explain it to them, they send it immediately to the post office or to the bank. In order not to come back here anymore - have 11.1 rubles on the erip (at 10.2023).
