Only positive feedback! Before I met the Master, I didn't even know that knives could cut LIKE THAT! I don't cook anymore - I'm afraid I'll hurt my fingers)))
It is clear that the man is in his place - and sharpened the knives, and gave recommendations on care and cutting boards. I recommend it and am glad that I found this workshop.
