In August 2021, they came from Russia to the Republic of Belarus in order to move their mother closer to her sister. The question was about buying an apartment. From the very beginning, we decided to resort to the services of the Academy of Sciences, because our time in the Republic of Belarus was limited. Of all the options posted on numerous websites, we chose the most suitable one. We agreed to watch it. I liked it. AN was not specifically chosen. We used the services of the Dianest Academy of Sciences, with which the apartment owner had an agreement. We thought that the realtor knows the topic, and the process itself will not take much time. Well, reliability, of course, is not in the last place. We signed a contract and paid the deposit. The apartment was removed from the ads. AN "Dianest" began to select housing for moving to the owner of our future apartment. And at a certain stage, the deal almost fell through and not for our reason. Although the preliminary agreement with the apartment owner and the agreement with the realtor remained valid. Other options have already been worked out. Some of our relatives have already begun to worry about the deposit. It is a pity for the time lost, first of all. And at the last moment, when there were already few chances for this apartment, the director of the Academy of Sciences, Valentina Petrovna, personally intervened in the matter. I called and offered to wait some more time until the second part of this "chain" is untied, i.e. the owner of the apartment we are buying will not find a suitable option. By the way, up to this point I had not had to work closely with the Academy of Sciences, neither in Russia, nor even in the Republic of Belarus. We have heard about black realtors, about their exorbitant unearned commissions, etc. And against this background, such a passage. But apparently, the Lord heard our prayers, and a real professional intervened in the matter. The owner of our apartment still decided to stay in the deal. In general, today we are in a new apartment, the former owner is also in a new apartment, the third party has resolved its issues, and of course the Dianest has earned. The result is obvious. In general, we do not regret that we trusted them. Of course, not everything is in their power. This should also be taken into account. But the main thing in their work is decency and focus on results. Many thanks to the whole team and personally to Valentina Petrovna. I was not disappointed in my fellow countrymen. No one is interested in selling your apartment. They lie at every word. Don't believe anything they say. Don't make mistakes and don't take risks. You're wasting your time. It's better to sell it yourself. It will be 100 times more useful.
