Great girls, polite, responsive, efficient. I have repeatedly applied to Photoexpress for a passport photo, a printout of documents, and also printed photos for a family album. I didn't expect studio quality from the photos for the documents, although everything turned out to be very good. The photos in the album (from my daughter's graduation, birthday and country trip) turned out to be cool. I love matte photos. The color and brightness of the pictures pleased me. I will definitely come to you again!

Prices are 1.5 times more expensive relative to the same services in Minsk. The attitude of the staff is not caring, they took a passport photo, not only did they wait for more than 30 minutes for the express service, they gave away a photo of terrible quality, as if they had specially worsened the photo, not the natural skin color, the eyes were half closed, the face was swollen. They gave me the photo .and I don't care if I liked it or not, but wait a minute for the passport. I do not recommend taking photos for documents there

Recommendations by the owner of this place, digitize and automate your service communication with customers, I'm not talking about the staff (they do their job well) Additionally: What a peach, to charge 20 kopecks for converting photos from png > jpg, saying that you only print with jpg. Let's say this is the norm, I can understand. But when there are only 2 photos out of 36 png format, you can offer it for customer loyalty (do it for free when I made an order for about 100 rubles at that moment) Make an adequate loyalty system and everyone will be happy to come to you. Not only from necessity, but from the desire to choose you among your competitors.

The attitude towards customers is just terrible. It was urgently necessary to make 2 a4 portraits (it was necessary to scan a photo from a passport, make the desired a4 format and laminate one of these photos). We placed an order and asked to come the next day (we placed the order at lunch). The next day, when we arrived at the opening, nothing was ready. As it turned out, nothing had been taken into work yet. We were engaged in other orders. The question arises: if you do not have time to make orders, then why do you take on such a thing, especially since we said that it is urgent, because it is for a funeral. Okay, you can also understand that if everything was given to work in the evening before closing, but it was at one o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, everything was done in less than 5 minutes with us. I just want to say the following: if you take orders readily on the next business day, then you need them to either be ready to open, or specify an approximate time when you can pick them up.

I finished writing from my phone, we stood in line for another 15 minutes! The lines in the text slid to the bottom, they also refused to raise the text a couple of lines higher. Teach the employees the standards of customer service. Stand in line for 20 minutes to hear that they will not take photos for documents. When asked why there is no announcement about this, the girl said that something had just broken. Although at the moment when she was in line, the man was served and a photo was taken. If you do not provide the stated services, notify your potential customers in advance. Or at least you could say, "Sorry, we can't take a photo temporarily," And not in the boorish manner that you do. It's a disgusting place.
