Never, ever contact this international shipping company. The worst of all the available experiences. They are not responsible for anything, the managers give contradictory information, instead of 6-8 promised days, the departure arrived only on the evening of the 13th! The track has not been tracked all these days. This is the worst international delivery company with mutual responsibility and complete removal of responsibility.
