The staff has become more friendly and polite, the layout of the goods has been changed to a more convenient one, vegetables and fruits can be taken individually, which is very pleasing. But....cockroaches were running right at the checkout just recently, a mouse under the counter in the spring. I bought dumplings of my own production yesterday, just that. The dough is gray from non-premium flour, the filling is with beans, the dough is thick like chebureks, I did not finish it, I threw it in the trash. The sellers are exhausted, I do not condemn the lack of personnel, but you will see a lot of smiles here. Although there is a store next to the house, but disappointment and disgust. Of course I go in. Baking is such a chymosa. The range of meat products is pleasing, but there was a situation of a stinky breast, the son brought a delivery. When Savina was the head . L. D......no cockroaches or mice were observed. Yes, the shelves have been arranged in a new way, you first disinfect them from the vectors of infection, cockroaches are also crawling over cakes in the cafe on the second floor, not a foot in it anymore. 21st century ! Where is the SES? One plus and a star for this awesome doughnuts- respect to the one who cooks them, they say like a guy, they are so delicious. And cakes are just about nothing, it's better to buy donuts or a fresh loaf and condensed milk cooked on it. I appeal to the head, take a note and if you want that your advertised dumplings were bought, let the price be more expensive, flour is only of the highest grade, meat should be meat, not meat substance without seasonings, the dough should not be rolled like cheap dumplings thick. Where to make them, do the work. Brest meat pads are better. And also give employees a weekend off, I heard conversations between them for 5 days from dawn to dusk seven days a week, so where will the energy and strength for smiles come from? These are people, not robots. I want to spend my money with pleasure! Probably the only normal "Dionysus" in the whole of Novopolotsk. All other stores of this chain for some reason look like a Soviet Deli, both in terms of filling with goods and customer service. Specifically, everything is different in this store, the filling and service are not bad enough. The layout and order are also on the level. In principle, I liked it. Prices are the same as in other stores.

We came to visit relatives in Novopolotsk, I was in this supermarket for the first time, you know ..., everything is decent, clean, a wide range of goods and most importantly a lot and a variety of pastries, the products of Belarusian farmers and meat and dairy companies are widely represented, prices are reasonable, almost like in Moscow, but in their rubles, the network of these stores is widespread the whole territory of Belarus! I recommend it!!!👍

I would like to leave a review. The store is within walking distance, the start time is pleasing, the assortment is decent, but unfortunately there are things that spoil the impression. The bread counter is littered with goods without packaging. The bread lies at the level of the customers' feet. I know it's delicious, but I won't take it, it's virus season, but here touch, feel, cough, no one will guess.Accordingly, there is no marking on the date of manufacture on it. It may be worth paying attention to this.

It is worth paying attention to baking. It is always fresh, tasty and fragrant there. Even an ordinary loaf with raisins is very tasty! The cakes are also fresh. But the store is very overpriced. This is a huge disadvantage. There is parking near the store. For the disabled too. You can park a bicycle next to the store. There is always a place in the parking lot where you can park your car. I'm giving it four stars because of the overpriced prices.
