This situation happened on January 1 in Dionysus, which is located in the city of Polotsk, Petrusya Brovki Street
On January 1, at 22.50, my friend, my child, and I quickly ran into the store to buy one item. At the entrance, the guard didn't want to let us in, but he let us in anyway.
After we found the product and we ran to the electronic cash registers so as not to detain anyone, the receptionist met us at these cash registers and rudely shouted at us that she had turned off the cash registers and she wanted to go home just like normal people, after she explained to us like this- make a noise at the 1st cash register
I repeat, we arrived at 22.50. This happens and we knew why we came, the payment at the checkout was made at 22.58. This is considering that it took time for unnecessary conversations. Counting on the checkout, we made a remark to her that she had no right to communicate like that, the answer was - I don't care how to communicate with you, I want to go home!
We told her that we would write an appeal, to which she replied - I was fired five times with gestures, and this time it won't work either.
The guard got into the conversation and started insulting us and threatening to call the police. We asked to do this, but in the end, unfortunately, nothing happened. Although it was very interesting How it would happen, because we were only shocked by this attitude. We are guests in this city from the city of Minsk. We have never seen such an attitude. The receptionist was most surprised, she was rude to us and did it as if she had every right to do so and there was no justice for her.
On January 8, at 1:15 p.m., I came to this store to meet with the manager, told her everything and asked the administrator to apologize. She also said that I would write an appeal. The head listened to me and asked me to wait in her office. After that, she returned to continue the conversation and said that the administrator would not apologize, after looking at the cameras, she saw only our emotions and aggressive gestures. But since the camera is not recording, it does not hear conversations.
I took a picture of the receptionist, because she didn't want to introduce herself and was hiding her badge at the first checkout. She pushed my hand and phone with her hand. But the photo turned out. And even when I told the manager, she explained that the camera couldn't see the first cash register. I wonder if there are questions about money at the checkout, how to check the cause and effect if there is no camera, but this is a separate question.
And what happens?
The administrator, knowing that the camera wasn't writing, took on a bit of power and said whatever she wanted and didn't want?
Have we been made fools of?
They say we were gesticulating emotionally, but the fact that it was a shock from what we said and from such an attitude. But the receptionist stands calmly on the camera and humiliates the customers, and they also wanted to call the police.
The manager apologized and explained that she only supports us 50% because she can't hear the camera, which is very convenient, but I praise her for how she appreciates even such employees.
I ask you to understand this situation.
I am a person who has worked in the trade and I have not seen this anywhere else.

My beloved Dionysus!))) I became a favorite as soon as I opened in the Marinenko area. Proximity is important. Dragging bags out of the city is a disaster. And there is no decent alternative to Dionysus in the area! ((( and the market itself always surprises with its cleanliness, layout, reasonable layout of goods, assortment. The products are fresh, the quality is excellent. There is no nauseating smell in the meat and fish departments, which sometimes happens in food chains. The worst Dionysus I've ever been in.
I visit rarely, once a week, but during all the visits I have a more negative impression than a positive one.
Their bread is tasteless, although I like the baking of Dionysus, as I wrote in another review. Here, it has some kind of unpleasant aftertaste. I bought it several times, I don't take it anymore.
I think there are enough cash registers in the store, but due to the fact that not everyone is working, queues are gathering. In addition, there are cashiers who often do not know the codes of weight products.
The assortment is maintained, promotional items seem to be always available. Once there was no price tag on the product, the seller from another department went to the cashier, found out everything. It was a pleasure. But this is not enough to give a high rating.
