I do not advise you to buy a bike there if you are not ready to fork out for its completion.
I bought a bike, drove a couple of blocks, the rear axle bent, it is not possible to remove the rear star, therefore a complete replacement of the entire node. Reinserting in the service and calibrating the rim costs as much as 1/3 of the entire bike. It was certified on the websites that the bike is aluminum, as a result it is completely metal. Warranty = what is it?
I put 3 and not 1 solely for a good method of pairing. A very pleasant consultant. By the way, forget about the gifts, you will throw them away as soon as you understand their need.

The bike is only a year old, but it can be safely thrown into the landfill. The transmissions were immediately clipped, and now they don't switch at all. The rear derailleur is bent, blocking the rotation of the pedals. In order for him to ride at least somehow, you need to spend a lot of money for repairs. 😠One headache, not a bike. Outwardly, yes, it looks spectacular, but there is a banal Chinese fake behind it. Definitely not worth the money spent on it.

One of the worst online stores I've ever encountered!!! After placing the order, they promised to contact us a couple of days before the courier arrived, but they did not call. As a result, they forgot about ordering!
The courier brought the bike in the evening, nervous, there was no terminal, although they warned! I couldn't find the change, I was unhappy that I had to look for it.
I didn't know anything about the bike, I didn't put the steering wheel out. After examining the courier, the first visual impression, the bike "wow" is very beautiful, unusual. But then...It's just a quiet horror. There are an incredible number of shoals when examining them!!! Starting from the build: (by the way, for a fee) they were probably assembled in puffs, the whole frame is chipped, the fasteners are scratched, the discs are chipped to the metal! And there are so many factory defects that just sparks from the eyes!!! They dialed the store right away, they didn't pick up the phone 5 times. As a result, the store was sent to write to the Viber of the warranty service. There were no answers for two days, I had to remind myself again. They replied to fuck off, that it was necessary to look. The exhaustive evidence with photos of the marriage is completely ignored! It's been 6 days, and they haven't called back!!!!! There were no apologies, no clarifying questions, and there was no answer.

I bought a bike a year ago. After a year, it can be thrown out, the rear axle is bent, and some part in the springs in the front fork has burst, and the fork simply folds up and it is impossible to drive. In total, I have ridden a little more than 300 km, and the bike requires a fork replacement. Well, I don't even remember that they didn't send some details right away.
