A great hotel in the heart of the city. Of the advantages, there is a large area behind the fence, there are gazebos and benches on the territory, as well as a lot of greenery, flowers, and in general it is very beautiful and fresh during the heat. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, the rooms are quiet, the neighbors and the noise from the street is not audible. TVs and air conditioners are present, wi-fi works stably and without interruptions. There is a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and storing food. Of the disadvantages, this is the lack of food for a fairly small cost of living, you can order breakfast, but the price is not very cheap. As a result, we lived there for two days and liked everything very much, except for the lack of power on.

Everything you need for a quiet holiday. The rooms are perfectly clean. Royal furniture. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Polite, friendly staff. Close to the city center, railway station. There are many places nearby where you can eat.

A magnificent hotel! You can rent a two-storey mansion for a family, which has luxurious furniture, TVs in each bedroom, washing machine and dryer, etc! And the kitchen has everything for life - a stove, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a set of dishes, and so on!

Minsk city center, 5 minutes to the metro. We arrived at the end of August, lived for 5 days, spacious clean rooms, large territory. We did not meet with other guests. This is the scale of the building. Friendly staff, free on-site parking. I RECOMMEND it to everyone.

Super cottage, feel like a queen! Clean, comfortable furniture.

A couple of cons, there are very small pillows on the big bed, there are no slippers for the table. Well, you could at least put salt / sugar. It 's a small thing , but it would be nice
The stove warms very slightly, we waited for the water to boil for 30 minutes.

Expensive, dirty, the interior is "hello from the 90s", rude at the reception (as it turned out, not even a hostess, but a marketing specialist - he's just being rude). When I reported that the sofa was dirty, I was answered with a boorish shout and bulging eyes, "do you want to wash?" Well, then I would like to come to a room where everything is washed for 450 Belarusian rubles per day. There are only 3 towels for 3 people. There are no foot towels, no towels, no napkins, no rags in the kitchen. In short, sovdep is a service, not a Deepservice. We moved out after spending 1 night, and planned 3. We rented an apartment in the center, beautiful, clean, stylish and with owners who do not care about the guests

You will be lucky if the villas will be asked for your arrival.
