Let's open a line of reviews about this wonderful institution! I call there every day for a week to make an appointment for an eye fundus check and every day they tell me that there are no coupons the next day, despite the fact that I dial from 8 a.m., when this institution opens. Do you have only two coupons? I'm not saying that the procedure is paid. For the last three days, no one has been picking up the phone at all - only short beeps. I have a question: so how do I sign up, if you don't have coupons, then you don't pick up the phone?
I am shocked, the procedure was needed urgently, in the end we only lost time, because this particular institution was recommended from the whole area.

The attitude towards the citizens of the city is disgusting. They allow themselves to pick up the phone and wonder why they are treated like this, when for a week calling them from 7:40 and so on until the evening to hear that there are no coupons and for the next days, you see, they do not carry out. I mark 6 coupons no more, for the first time in my life I come across such a service. Citizens, I appeal to you - write immediately to the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Medical Care and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. You can't leave it like that...
