We ordered a bed, after installation, a defect was revealed, strong creaks, knocks, a representative of the factory came, examined and confirmed that there really was a defect (the bed base frame was crookedly welded). They promised to replace it. Then they just fed them "breakfast", and then they stopped answering calls and messages altogether. I do not recommend even considering this company!
