The young man offered to deliver the goods next week. To save the value of the product, which was initially exhibited, I made a 100% prepayment through ERIP. I asked for related products for the guitar: the links were promptly sent. We called back to clarify all the nuances. We provided a 3% discount on the product, which was very pleased, since the guitar is not cheap. Before the specified time, the goods were delivered to the store on Masherov, which I was notified about in an SMS and called back. By pickup, I took everything from Masherov, where they explained to me the conditions for storing and using a classical guitar. So far, everything is fine with the guitar. The child is happy. I bought it in the company's online store, because I live in MO. The product was out of stock, ordered on request (it took several days). Then the parcel physically traveled from Minsk to the Russian Federation (two days). What's great is that the speed of delivery from stores in the area can be longer. The price of the headphones was 32t at prices in Moscow time ~50+ thousand. It seems that communism is in the Republic of Belarus). Everything works, no complaints. The box was opened (there are no assumptions - by whom and for what); headphones with a seal, foam clamps in place, they were not used. The serial number matches the one displayed in the application.

I advise you to accompany the buyer more closely when buying - delivery delays happen and other issues (it will not be superfluous, especially since someone also pays for the goods in advance, although this is not necessary.) I bought different equipment several times. At discounts, you can purchase equipment for an adequate price. Without discounts, as with all prices are too high. The new location, in my opinion, is better, since there is parking, and the store will be more spacious. The staff is polite and friendly. They will always tell you everything. However, boys with painted nails are always disgusting. The assortment at the point of sale is not that big. Like many other online stores, they are overbought. Therefore, everyone always has the same song: not in stock at the moment, but in stock. In general, you can work with them. I recommend.

The next day, the price was raised on the site, well, I think my order will arrive now and they will start making excuses, as most people do, but no!!! I see DJ Shop as one of the best stores in Belarus in its field. If I need something from, let's say, musical electronics, I always look here first.
When I compared prices, they were either the most affordable here, or at the level of one of the best compared to other stores, while here you will definitely get a good, professional and simply human attitude towards yourself and purchases. Very often, the store makes discounts on very popular products.
The store has a small corner for customers who still doubt which of the range of competing products to choose. There is a computer with open streaming services and the necessary software, to which you can connect everything you need and sit, compare and decide what to choose.

I bought a guitar as a gift, I specially ordered it in advance so that I could tune it in the future. They called, formed an application, said how the guitar would be in stock, they would be sent immediately for delivery, called two weeks later, said they had given it to the deliverers and dropped the track number through which it was impossible to track, besides they did not even inform that the guitar was sold at a discount. As a result, I had to contact the delivery company myself, they told me that no one had given them any guitar, then I started calling back to the store and they did not pick up the phone and if they did, they said that we would clarify now and no one called back. As a result, the guitar came very late at the wrong time, which I was very upset about. I do not advise you to buy anything here they feed you with promises

Questions to the carrier. Firstly, the delay in delivery is 4 days from the stated deadline. Secondly. The box came crumpled and with a hole in the side. Everything is whole and alive inside. But the impression is spoiled.

One is not even a minus, but a misunderstanding, what does the status "Waiting for delivery from the supplier" mean if the guitar was listed on the store's website? The first three days this question bothered.

They mislead the buyer, always call and check the availability of the product. I ordered a position from them that had the status "in stock" on the site. Relying on the reputation of the company, I ordered through the website, without specifying the details by phone. I paid online. After that, the store manager called me and said that unfortunately the product was out of stock and I would have to wait at least 2 weeks to a month for it. They offered to either wait or choose an analogue, which I was categorically not satisfied with. If I refuse, a refund to the card from 5 days.. When asked why the product is "in stock" on the site, I received an indistinct answer, in the style: well, yes, we have such a bug on the site, unfortunately.
By the way, the product is still "in stock" on their website.
In further communication on the company's page, they did not try to fix the situation in any way, did not admit themselves guilty in this situation, but stubbornly convinced me that "you are a fool, look at the delivery time." I consider this attitude to the buyer unacceptable. Think three times before dealing with this store. If it wasn't for the long refund, I would have ordered elsewhere. Fortunately, competitors have a slightly different attitude towards customers. Goodbye, djshop. I had a better opinion of you.

I ordered new Sony MDR-7506 studio monitors to replace the old ones that had served for 10 years. The monitors were sent immediately after payment and delivered to Moscow in 3 days. They were packed in a bubble wrap , the packaging is not damaged , the quality is excellent . I enjoy high-quality sound. Before that, I ordered the same monitors on Ozone for 7,500 , they went for a month, if not more, in appearance they sent a terrible China, I did not even listen to them and returned them back to the seller.
