It was the first and last time I went into this store and bought something there. I came for the foundation, the cream I needed was at a 35% discount, I asked the seller if it was valid, received a positive response, I would have taken it regardless of the discount, but it was nice. As a bonus at the checkout, I was offered to take a special hand cream with a 45% discount. I take everything in a good mood, they clarify the availability of a bonus card, of course I do not have it, after which they count the goods at full price without warning. I pay and realize that the amount exceeds the stated amount. The seller not only did not warn about this, did not offer to get a card, but also sniffed a "promotional" cream at full cost, deceiving me. My mother was next to me, she has a bonus card, When I offered to solve the issue, punch a check for her, or get me a card and try these creams, they refused me, although they had no right to refuse! I can legally return the product, but I was refused this. It's not that I overpaid, but the arrogance and incompetence of the sellers who violate the law and my rights as a consumer.

Due to the incorrect behavior of sellers, I contacted online support. They wrote that they would figure it out. There has been no response for 2 months now. I ordered a body balm online to order. They said it would be in 2 weeks. My order is still on the way. Since the moment of the order, the support service has disappeared. The balm has been going on for 3 months. Previously, along with purchases (in Minsk, for sure), at least 3 samples were invested. Now, until you ask, they will not offer or put anything, especially themselves. Apparently, everything is being sorted out by the store administration. The service and attitude towards customers are disgusting!!!

Always smiling. but! The store stopped giving samples. And it is in such stores that this should happen. It used to be OK, but now it's not. Depending on the purchase amount, they were given from several to one disposable sachets. And thanks to this, it was possible to test creams, shampoos, masks. This was out of the question for my last purchases. The girls will understand what I mean. I really want to ask this question to the directorate. Or does everything good go away quickly and customers will buy anyway? What's there to do...

Polite staff. Consultants are quite professional in giving recommendations on the product being sold. The cost of products is higher than that of competitors in many positions. Perhaps because of the location on Sovetskaya Street. I regularly buy Lip Gloss (oil) HIGH GLOSS LIP OIL in three colors. There are also a number of hair and facial care products.

I haven't really liked it lately. Girls walk sluggish, unsmiling. I don't remember when the samples were given. The assortment is sufficient, but for some reason I don't want to go in already. There is even no comparison with the same Yves Rocher. Those are on top!
