I decided to go to the DNA store today and bought masks. It was very annoying that the price in the receipt did not match the price indicated on the showcase. I came back to find out why, and it turns out that it says in small print that this is the price for bonus card holders. I thought the time for small fonts was long gone. And that even if the price is different, they should warn you at the checkout. I will never go to this store again. I recommend everyone to carefully look at the price, which is indicated in a small font barely visible in the corner.

I really like the store. The consultants are wonderful-thank them very much for their advice!!! The goods are of high quality and at good prices. I suffered for a long time with oily scalp, I washed my hair every day! They advised me to use nook balancing shampoo! It's just super!!! At least every other day I began to wash my hair and my hair became better, cleaner and more pleasant - soft silky!!! I definitely recommend this store!!!

This is about how I would be asked about something, and I gave out the obvious information, the water is watery, not substantive. Plus, they don't always know what exactly is promotional. One seller will say one thing, convince you to buy, but at the checkout it turns out that the product is not even close to the stock. I visited the DNA store on July 9, 2019 at 13-55. A nice, spacious store, a wonderful selection of cosmetics. I went into the store to ask for the availability of the cosmetic product I was interested in. I came in, the first seller was talking on the phone and paid zero attention to me, so I did not bother her and immediately went to the counter where the second seller was. He came up, greeted me, just took a breath to ask a question, as from behind my back the first seller turns to the second and their dialogue begins. No attention is paid to me. I never heard a greeting from the second one. He turned around and left. I have never seen such obvious disrespect for customers anywhere. He specifically indicated the date and time of the visit so that the store's management would check the work schedule (view the video cameras) and "reward" their "very busy" and "polite" employees who lower the store's rating below the baseboard.

I bought face masks here the other day for the 1 + 1 = 3 promotion.The cost of one mask was 2.50, but in the end I paid 6 rubles and no one even explained why.I was also not offered a gift bag, although there was no such problem with other girls.The store concept is not bad, but the service is lame.
