I happened to be there . The store itself is good, the prices are low compared to other stores. But the bad thing is that there are no signs of where, in what place and what kind of goods are worth. I was looking for vinegar, so I went around the whole store 8 times. I asked everyone where he was standing. I wasn't definitely waved at, like somewhere out there. How many laps have I made so far? My eyesight is not important, but it was hidden behind drawers and try to find it. So I say we should either write in large letters for visually impaired people or not block it with other goods. Otherwise, everything is fine. And most importantly, it is not expensive. Pensioners and low-income people can afford it.

In fact, at 19:30, the cashier is already closed and refuses to serve customers, although the store should work for another 30 minutes. and in general, in theory, until the last customer, this is the public service sector or something else.
Of the 3 cash desks, only one is constantly working, the second cash desk will be deigned to open only when there are 20-30 people in line. As a result, I came to the store, collected the goods in 10 minutes, and stood in line for 30 minutes.
The management of the store in Balkhash, probably did not hear about such a service as high-quality service.
