I ordered a cat carrier for this item, I was not provided with the entire package (there was no cotton pillow), the seller himself replied that he did not know anything and left. I had to call the vetaptek manager myself and clarify on this occasion.

The first veterinary library, where questions are answered with one phrase: "I don't know, I haven't tried it," so no one offered to try it to know what certain vitamins and feeds are for. Isn't that why there is a consultant in the vet library to help with the choice? The first place where the seller (just a seller, not a consultant and not related to the product and consulting person) is no, just zero. If I hadn't been in a hurry and didn't know at least something myself, I wouldn't have bought it. There were no problems in other stores of the chain. It is a pity that it is impossible to give such an employee a minus star.
