Awful. It was necessary to do an ultrasound. I was warned that it could be done if we arrive before 22:00. We warned you that we were coming! We arrived before the specified time. At the reception, we let the employee know what procedures we needed before the doctor's appointment. As a result, after waiting in line, already at a doctor's appointment, we find out that ultrasound can no longer be done. The pet was suffering from severe pancreatitis.
OK. We passed the tests. They promised us to do them within 1 hour, two at most. As a result, the tests were prepared for 5 hours!!
What is it??!! Just collecting money, and you don't care about the patients???
I will never visit your clinic again.
And solve the privacy issue. Everything that is done with patients, all the conversations of the doctor and patients are heard by those who are waiting for their turn!
Without respect for your clinic!

A new clinic. What I didn't like was the glass partitions, which don't provide privacy. Everyone can see what procedures are carried out with the pet and how the examination is conducted.
It is not possible to take certain tests yet (FeCoV). On the plus side, there is an X-ray and ultrasound at the clinic. It will be interesting to follow how the clinic is developing.
