On the day of the appointment, the doctor examined him for a long time, eventually they took him for an X-ray (after the X-ray they decided to examine him BETTER and noticed the balls in the anal area), then they took him for an ultrasound (to the question why? If we've already done it recently, they told us that MAYBE THEY DIDN'T NOTICE SOMETHING ON THAT ULTRASOUND). At this ultrasound, we were already told that he had a hernia. They told me to have an urgent operation, otherwise the dog would not last long.
We didn't have any confidence in this clinic anymore, because how could we not notice the hernia on the initial ultrasound if he already had these balls at that time? Why take an X-ray if there were balls again (let me explain: before the X-ray, the doctor did not say anything about the balls). As a result, we paid much more than we had planned, but it didn't do much good.
They decided not to operate on the dog here, so they took him to the state station, where the doctor immediately said from the moment the dog entered the office that he had a perineal hernia.
I would like to note that the results of the X-ray examination were not given to us after the reception (I know that they are uploaded to a disk, but the registrars could have asked for mail), as well as there was no written preliminary diagnosis in the conclusion, as well as the recommended FIBER FEED (how was I supposed to figure out what kind of food my dog needed to buy). The next day (maybe a little later, I don't remember the exact date), I wrote to Dr. Vet on Viber and requested X-rays, where they asked for my mail, everything came later, thanks for that. Then I asked them to duplicate the report for me, and here's the strangeness, they sent me a preliminary diagnosis report, but for some reason there is no diagnosis on the sheet that was issued immediately after admission.

The doctor assured us that time has passed and he knows the doctor personally, will select the treatment for us, combine the drugs. In general, it will help.
The cardiologist performed an ultrasound of the heart and abdominal organs. The heart has enlarged walls of some kind of valve, but this cannot give pressure.
There's a tumor somewhere, he thought it was the adrenal gland, but no. He does not know what kind of tumor it is, where it is and whether it can give pressure.
I recommended continuing the treatment prescribed by the therapist, which did not give results, the pressure is high. It takes 2 weeks to take it. We accept. 3 weeks. We accept. Month. We accept it. As a result, I still wrote the medicine on the appointment sheet.
I recommended contacting an endocrinologist. Well, if the endocrinologist doesn't find anything, then what? He will find it, he will definitely find it. Of course, he will find it - an age-old pet. We needed a blood pressure medication. We needed a specialist, a cardiologist, who would select the drug. We needed help. It didn't help either seven years ago or now.
A separate story is the administrator, whose client is not in the first place, is engaged in extraneous matters, it is difficult for him to make an appointment with you here and now, you need to do this through a call center. And they will not always contact you, remind you about the reception, the time, and ask if they will wait for you. That's what happened the last time. We did not go: why go to a clinic where they are not interested in us, there is no goal to help, therefore, there is no result.

Upon examination by Dr. Krovetsky V.V., a rupture of the PC was diagnosed and, as a treatment, surgery under general sedation, TPLO. During the appointment, the doctor said that there is a possibility of damage to the meniscus, and it seems like you can look at it during surgery.
The operation was successful, the suture is excellent, clear instructions on how to take care of the animal.
But after a month, the dog did not lean on the paw. Only when moving slowly. Moreover, there was a joint crunch when walking. There was no clear answer to our questions about what it is, whether the meniscus was checked during surgery /sedation and how to be now, except to do arthroscopy again under sedation.
There is an incomplete diagnosis before the operation. (Read in a hurry.)
We have to turn to other specialists.
Turn on your own critical thinking and gather the opinions of different specialists before performing surgery.

When I arrived from the other side of the city, after taking time off from work, they told me that the heads.The doctor IS NOT SEEING YOU today. That, apparently, there was a mistake and I was booked for the wrong day (three times).
Naturally, no one apologized to me and no one compensated for the missed day at work. I wasn't even offered another record. After all, the mistake was not my fault. Question: was someone responsible for this?
Or the main thing is that the money should be taken to the clinic?

I can say that every year Dr. Vet gets worse and worse! There were good, attentive and qualified doctors. We came for a repeat appointment on 04/01/2024 to correct further treatment, the therapist Borodina took tests, said that after the tests she would contact us to correct the treatment, which lasts 5 days and there are no special results. As a result, the tests were ready at 15.00, but no one contacted and moreover there is no information about admission in the card (this information was reported at 22 o'clock in the contact center)!! How is this possible?! What did we pay for?! After calling the contact center, the girl apparently contacted the doctor and sent us a conclusion (attention!!!)identical to a half-time appointment from another doctor, with all 5-day recommendations and prescribed treatment!!!!! Dr. Vet, are you serious?! Is this how your doctors work now?! This is outrageous! How can I continue the treatment of my beloved pet?! This is not the first time incidents have happened. We don't even know which doctor to go to right now.
