I have rested in this beautiful place several times as a guest! A cozy house with a large table, a sauna, an interesting interior! The house has everything you need for relaxation, a lot of dishes, sleeping places, a large TV, karaoke.. Everything is clean and tidy. There is also a large table outside under the canopy! There is a barbecue, beautiful areas where we made a lot of great shots and played various games!! I'm thinking of arranging my own holiday in this cozy place!!

A very cozy house right next to the historical cemetery, which itself is a monument. The cemetery is not modern, don't worry.
One of the advantages is a lot of space, everything is comfortably accommodated; fireplace, sauna, private Parking on site.
One of the disadvantages is the complete lack of sound insulation and the presence of cockroaches.

A great place to spend a vacation with the company.
The sauna is a fairy tale.
The living room is large and bright.
There is a lawn and a barbecue area with a covered gazebo on the street.
There are enough beds.
But the stairs to the second floor are tin) it is difficult for a sober adult to get to the second floor, not that for children or pets)

This is exactly a bathhouse , not a house . The audibility is just space, everything can be heard on the second floor, as if you are sitting next to it. If you melt the bathhouse , then there is simply nothing to breathe in the rooms on the second floor . Once again, this is just a bathhouse . With rooms . I liked everything very much. Convenient location, large steam room, spacious gazebo. Good steam. A comfortable kitchen, there are dishes, a refrigerator. A thoughtful barbecue. A pleasant hostess. An adequate price tag.
Among the disadvantages, we can note the lack of firewood for the barbecue (you need to take coals with you, but they provide a large gas burner to heat them, so it may even be more convenient for someone), as well as proximity to neighboring houses. If you "rest" too loudly, then the neighbors may have questions.
For a company of about 10 people, that's the best thing. Everyone was satisfied. We will come again

One of the advantages is a good location in relation to the city center and an excellent sauna.
Of the cons:
- lack of windows and any ventilation in the two bedrooms (it is impossible to sleep even with the doors open, especially after the bathhouse, which is located directly under the bedrooms);
- bed linen is 100% synthetic. Be ready to make the bed linen yourself upon check-in;
- there are cockroaches in the house on the second floor;
- there are no towel hooks or soap stands in the shower;
- steep stairs.

The place is pleasant, there is everything you need to relax. I liked the sauna. But there is one huge disadvantage: inadequate neighbors who call the police at 21:00 pm (allegedly we interfered with them) and watch you from the attic window. For people involved in such a business, it was possible to somehow resolve the issue with the neighbors. According to the patrolmen, this is not the first time.

There is only one canopy in the steam room and very little pressure in the shower
