Quality rest with wonderful pastries. Cozy, warm, delicious. It is not uncommon to put a candle holder for the entourage.
As a remark, it is worth noting the slightly tired furniture and shaky tables.
Also, prices still bite - a receipt for a couple of slices of cake and a pot of tea will come out closer to one and a half rubles. But it's worth it.

The glorious city of Lugansk!!! A magnificent cafe, both before and after the war, a convenient location in the city center, a cozy atmosphere inside, two floors (one in the basement), comfortable tables, chairs and sofas, allow you to enjoy pleasant music and fine drinks. Coffee, cappuccino and desserts are amazingly delicious! I am glad that the Coffee House has not changed its style and the friendliness of the staff! Thanks!!!

The cafe is very good, I especially like it downstairs. A large cozy room, quiet, calm, you can sit with your friends and talk about your business. Wonderful coffee, very tasty and cakes, who loves, for every taste!!! Always fresh! I really like the Coffee House, the staff serves well, friendly!

It feels like I'm not the guest and I came to drink coffee and relax, but they came to me... plus, the coffee itself is sometimes overcooked, the tables are not cleaned. You can sit all day if you work, but no one will clean anything. They are aimed at the quality of the capital, but in fact they do not pull at all.
