The sales consultant, a woman with black hair in a ponytail standing next to her, instead of rushing to help, walked slowly with a smile, saying "How beautiful!", when my mother made a remark, asked not to be rude, she began to comment that she was glad that she would not have to pay out of her salary. We are very happy for her. Is it normal that furniture falls on customers? As a result: they came to the store for a new kitchen, left not only without a kitchen, but also with blue fingers. I won't leave it like that. If there is no reaction from the store director, I will write higher and higher. I will not allow myself and my family to be treated like this in a furniture store. Is it you who value your customers so much?! If there are sound recording cameras in the store, see for yourself how rude she was. Teach sellers how to work.
