We ordered two doors to a private house. They installed in January 2024. The upper (bolt) lock of the entrance central door does not close well, the door was practically not used, they left an application for correction (adjustment) of this defect. A few days later, unexpectedly, without agreeing on the day and time of arrival, the installer arrived. I tried to adjust the door frame with a heavy object, bent it, did not solve the problem with closing the lock, it is not possible to lay floor tiles in the area of damage to the door frame. Subsequently, the call was not answered, the request for a problem left by me in the messenger was left unanswered by Dom na Skala LLC. We have officially prepared a claim. We are waiting for corrections on both the lock and the box. If the company ignores the submitted claim, we will be forced to contact the Consumer protection Society and the court.

I live in Gomel, there was no opportunity to come personally and choose the material from which the door was made. I ordered an entrance door to a private house via the Internet on December 26. They offered many finishing options. The door is expensive, I liked the fact that they give installments. In Gomel, installments are not provided through the store, and running through banks to issue installment cards is another hemorrhoid. I did not particularly count on beauty (I have already encountered interior doors and window installations, issues had to be resolved through the court, deception, stress ... and the rest). The door layout was dropped on two sides via Viber. So wait for what they bring. The door was delivered on time (the production time is 20 working days), when they began to unload it, I was just amazed, I did not expect such beauty, positive emotions "beat" over the edge. Special thanks to the delivery service, the door is very heavy, they helped to bring it in and put it in the room.
