In my practice, there have been plenty of cases when we tried to meet our customers halfway, even if the law provides otherwise. Moreover, our laws are far from ideal and there are a huge number of gaps in them, including imperfections in their execution. Therefore, I personally would not have lost my crown if I had contacted the importer to resolve this situation. But you made your choice by sending me away with a faulty product. More precisely, to the importer who is in Minsk. Imagine, the cost of the goods is about 15 rubles. Against the background of other products, this is, of course, a trifle. But in its group it is quite an expensive product. Plus 40 rubles for tickets, plus time spent, etc.

But when I asked, the seller in the leather goods department of the House of Commerce (I don't remember the name) gave me qualified advice and helped me choose the backpack I needed.
The only drawbacks may be the lack of a small food area and a toilet, which could possibly contribute to generating visitors to the department store.
