For those who are not in the context, I'm bringing them up to date. The trick of Domino's pizza all over the world is that pizza is delivered within 30 minutes. BUT Minsk is probably somewhere on Mars, beyond reach, and you only need to get around the city by reindeer across the farthest lands. Frankly, this is a complete trash. I explain:
I make an order, pay for it on the site immediately, after the operator calls back and says that the order will be in 1.5 hours - so I had five times, and you know, I don't always even order pizza. Once I wanted to have breakfast with cheesecakes and at 8 a.m. they tell me that the delivery will be 1.5 hours. A box of cheesecakes will be delivered to me for an hour and a half....She refused.
Okay, I think I'll give you another chance, but it wasn't there!
Just the other day, at 5 a.m. on a weekday, I wanted ice cream, because there is no overnight fast delivery in Minsk, I decided to try ordering Dominos (ice cream is delicious with them), I think well, this time you don't even need to cook anything - they put cans of ice cream and brought it. I paid for the order on the website, the operator Gleb calls and says that the order will be delivered ... attention....within 3 hours! THREE, CARL! 1. Why do you write on the website about delivery in 30 minutes if it is NEVER observed. If you write somewhere on the site that the time may change (although I have never seen it), then it makes sense to immediately declare 30 minutes. Then write what the operator will tell you when he calls, or make yourself some kind of online calculator that will show the time of approximately delivery in a given period of time, such as your competitors in DodoPitsa. Damn, seriously, we are in the 21st century, and not in the stone age, can we at least turn on the brain a little bit?
2. If you can not cope with round-the-clock work, and you have one courier for the whole of Minsk, then there is a simple solution - DO NOT TAKE IT! It's just a shame. Or there is a very logical way out: find more couriers, because according to your own words, the pizza takes 7 minutes to cook, the whole problem is delivery. Well, is it possible to work on this situation somehow?!
It is not the NORM to wait 3 hours for an order. Round-the-clock / night delivery is needed so that it is fast (well, an hour at most), otherwise it simply does not make sense. Therefore, really either don't do it, or already turn on the brain and do it humanly for people, and not that's all
3. I wonder if someone from the staff would be thrilled to wait for an order for 3 hours when you want to eat? When, for example, you come home from a party or even from work at 3-4 nights, order pizza to eat, and they tell you to wait THREE HOURS, that is, until 6-7 in the morning. Do you think this is normal? That's just purely interesting....
In general, I advise everyone who reads this to think 100,000 times before ordering something here. I usually do not write such reviews, but when such a mess is already happening, it is no longer possible to remain silent!
