I ordered 4 pizzas for my birthday. We ate 2 on a fluffy dough, everything was fine with them. When we started 2 on thin, we noticed the pizza crumpled to the edges, I attach a photo. I called, they told me to drop the photo and they'll call me back, I dropped it. After half an hour, the courier calls and offers to change 2 defective pizzas if we did not touch them in the next 30-40 minutes. It was very uncomfortable in front of colleagues, because lunch time is limited (we are strict with this) and we had to eat what was brought. As a result, the courier offered an unnecessary 30% discount on the next order. There were no apologies from either the manager or the courier.

We love this brand, but this pizzeria falls a little short of the title of "good"
Let's start in order:
We were in the evening, there was no light above the tables, it was not critical, but it was not comfortable to eat, the light was turned on not when it was completely dark, but when people were added.
San. node - the best anti-advertising - was puked... Right with the pieces of ingredients.
Pizza - there is enough filling, but the dough is very thin, it was impossible to eat the pizza, it was all falling apart ((it was a problem even to bring it to the mouth, not to mention eating and not getting dirty)
Then coffee and sweets were ordered,
The coffee is delicious, the bytes are "OK...pizza pki" tasteless bread, little cinnamon.
A chocolate pie is for lovers of sooo sweet.
Verdict - everyone's stomach sank a little, but not fatally))
I won't go a second time. That's for sure.

I ordered pizza with delivery. It was delivered with a crumpled receipt inside the box on the pizza itself.
I also don't know how by weight, but by size, the pizzas here are usually 2 centimeters smaller than those indicated on the site. I have not noticed this in other pizzerias.
And I wouldn't write about the size, but the situation with the receipt forced me to write a review. By the way, I left a review about the receipt on the pizzeria's website, there was no reaction.

The quality of their products is definitely not "wow". It is even more interesting with deliveries, for the third order in a row they do not deliver devices to the same paste. If there is no cutlery nearby, then how is it??? They don't give them at the checkout until you ask for them yourself. The DoDo has been very disappointing lately.

I sat for 45 minutes , after which I went to the cashier to ask where my order was , and in response I heard:

No, I don't want to, and I don't advise anyone.
The service is ugly, not to mention the air conditioners that don't work.

After the pizza is ready, they won't even call you, you need to run to them every 5 minutes. The pizza itself was completely tasteless

We came to dinner on 17.01.2020 at 20.00. The waiting time is 15 minutes, after the order was ready (on the screen), they waited another 5 minutes, as the staff could not cope. The workload was not great. We ordered a lobster with chicken and tomatoes and pizza. The domster was terrible, not only was the package not closed, everything flowed out, the filling was only at the bottom, that is, most of the domster just remained in the package, we were not going to get the filling with our hands + since the guys were in a hurry, I saw how they terribly stuffed it into the package (I hope they did it with gloves, it was not visible)
Pizza for 10 rubles, turned out to be very small. We have been walking since the opening, and were shocked by such sizes. Previously, a small pizza was much bigger.
I will not visit Dominos anymore, the quality of service and the quality of food have decreased.
