We ordered pizza on 30.10.24 by 19.15 for the child's birthday. The order number is 1171194. The holiday was scheduled by the minute. The delivery was delayed for 20 minutes, but judging by the reviews, we were still lucky, they write that they are delayed for an hour or two. And it would be fine if the problem was only 20 minutes away...
The pizza arrived cold, dry, tasteless, there was indecently little filling, it was difficult to call it pizza, it was very embarrassing in front of the guests.
The children were ordered nuggets, and they refused to eat them, saying they looked like boiled potatoes.
The courier is generally a separate topic, we thought he would fall asleep while he gave the order, he was in no hurry from the word at all, neither hello nor sorry for the delay, he only announced the amount.
There were delays before, but it was warm and edible.
I do not recommend this pizzeria.

I made an order an hour passed, as a result, the delivery time passed a long time ago, I decided to call peacefully and find out how long the order would be delivered, the guy replied that in 10 minutes the order would be with me, another 20 minutes passed, I decided to dial again this time the girl picked up the phone and again I was told to wait 10 minutes, 15 minutes passed, I dialed the phone the guy picked me up again and put me on hold for another 5 minutes, after which he said that I should wait 15 minutes again

The pizza is delicious(hot)straight from the oven, it's better than home delivery, it's usually barely warm there. The staff is very busy with delivery, they do not pay attention to visitors in the hall until the day before yesterday, they all need to ask the cups to come to the cashier to punch something else. It was hot in the hall, there were no free tables, until the bird was ordered, a table would be vacant, I had to ask for a drink right away, without waiting for pizza. The kitchen is open, you can watch how pizza is prepared, the children liked it.

The pizza I ordered on 24.05 and brought on 31.05 turned out to be baked, not cooked before delivery, there is practically no filling on the basis, one baked piece of chicken on a triangle, the cheese dried up, it became coarse and stale.
