They delivered it quickly, helped to bring it into the boiler room, which is not a little important, because the weight of the boiler is 300 kg. This year we decided to make life easier for ourselves and automate the boiler. We turned to Svetlana for advice. Svetlana recommended not to replace the boiler, but to buy a pellet burner for a boiler previously purchased from them. A specialist came to our house, inspected the equipment, made measurements, because there was not much space in the boiler room, it was necessary to accommodate everything. when contacting this office, the manager (the girl) began to advise not cheap models of electric boilers, BUT as soon as I refused, refused to close the system (it will require a lot of rework - time and money, expediency), she abruptly jumped to the cheapest models and categorically stated that no others would work, referring to some pressure sensor that is nowhere in the passports these models were not specified because there is no built-in pump and built-in expansion tank. I had to drive up to the office, and suddenly they will advise me at face-to-face communication, they will show me. but even here they failed. no one clarified anything intelligible at the office - everyone hesitated when they were poked with a finger at the specified parameters - they made a discovery for themselves. Okay, I decided to take it at my own risk. I asked for help with the installation. somehow they agreed to calculate the estimate of materials and works - they counted. agreed. when will we start? in a couple of weeks. ok waiting . I'm calling, the answer is wait, we'll call you back as soon as we're free. I'm waiting for the call of the installer Igor...it seems that there is an office, but they don't want to imagine anything, the staff seems to have been accidentally pulled out of the street, the installation is solid breakfasts

3 years ago I moved to a new house, I chose the boiler myself according to reviews, some dealers did the installation. In winter, the temperature is not regulated by the rooms, the boiler automation is constantly cut off, the system is drained, etc. the pumps work in a variety of ways. This year, my patience ran out and I decided to deal with the heating, I called a dozen offices and never heard a great desire to redo someone. I typed BOILERS into the House, dropped them a photo of my bedlam, Svetlana and engineer Sergey made a proposal for a makeover. Then the installers came to me to discuss the nuances. Sergey traveled 110 km from Minsk, found all the jambs of the installation, recommended replacing the boiler because it is not suitable for my house, but also kept the pumps for strapping. We called Svetlana and she came up with an alternative solution that would save money on a complete redesign of the heating system and the purchase of a new boiler. A week later, the heating system was launched with new alterations. To date, a week has passed after the work done, and I will honestly tell you that I am only now beginning to understand the beauty of country life, I do not get up at night to restart the boiler, the temperature in all rooms is comfortable, and now I control the heating from my mobile phone while at work.
