A terrible organization! The dialer in the whole house has stopped working! We made an application, arrived, allegedly fixed it, but did nothing! After that, they call at 8 a.m. and say that you have everything fixed in person in your apartment, but you do not have a contract. We have the keys, somehow I gave them to the company! They start saying that we don't know how you got them, maybe you found them, maybe you took them from a neighbor and made a duplicate! In general, they probably want to make a contract again for a fee!

Mom died, the intercom was turned off. They did not warn, they did not throw any notification, nor did they call the intercom to renegotiate the contract. They disconnected it, and now we'll reconnect it for a dime. The most disgusting attitude. I'm not sorry for the money, I'm sorry for my nerves and those who couldn't get through the intercom.
