Of course, it all started with calling companies to see what they could offer and at what price. I also called the home office. I talked to the manager Evgeny. I can only say one thing: Evgeny is a professional in his field with a capital letter. He asked a lot of clarifying questions about nuances that I would not have said myself, because I did not attach importance to them. But thanks to this, it was possible to choose the most advantageous material for roof finishing in terms of price/quality. Further, Evgeny personally led my order, informing me about each stage. He was always in touch and promptly answered any questions that arose. And as a result, I also made a small discount. All this eventually became the decisive factor in favor of choosing this company. The first experience was more than positive, and I hope it won't be the last (as they say, construction never ends). Manager Yuri is unnecessarily intrusive. He is so intrusive that he hides the lack of materials on sale just to lure the client to the office, to which the client comes 50 km away to conclude a contract. And then it turns out that there is no such material and will not be, and imposes something that does not suit the client. When you say goodbye to him and say that you will buy from others, he obsessively continues to write to the messenger, convincing the client that Yuri knows better what is better. And it doesn't matter that the client is a professional designer and knows better than the salesman. If you threaten to complain about him to the management and publish a review, he deletes part of the correspondence. After being blocked in the messenger, a couple of weeks later, he also calls brazenly. In general, the deception with the availability of goods and working methods are such that neither time, nor the personal life of customers, nor their nerves are put into anything.

The polite driver (on the phone) turned out to be a boor who, at my request, drove an extra two kilometers, and demanded twenty-five rubles for it. I won't order any more from them. Sadly.
