So they gave him one package and told him to get a residence permit or you won't get therapy anymore, plus they claimed that since he is a citizen of the Russian Federation, he does not treat us and Russia does not give him the required free treatment, only for its residents, so they shouted at him in the hospital. He has a residence permit in his passport, the one from where he comes from, we joined the Russian Federation. They also shouted at him in the hospital why did you come here, go to your home and be treated there, on what basis do they indicate where to go if he has been married to a resident of the DPR for many years, according to the constitution of the Russian Federation there is no such law in refusing free treatment and therapy. The hospital creates obstacles in granting legal therapy, citing various excuses. Who are they to decide the fate of people, why should he leave his family, divorce his wife and leave at their will. We will contact the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to resolve the issue if we are not given the prescribed, free therapy.
