I've been there three times , since I often pass through Donetsk , of course , it's still a long way from delicious , a huge disadvantage is that there's nowhere to wash your hands, it's necessary to get off the road , you could fix the situation at least with an antiseptic or a wet cloth (unfortunately , they don't provide such a service). I would like to praise the French fries, there is nothing so delicious in Russia. The staff are great, they work quickly and accurately, they were very pleased with the assortment of cocktails , especially mojitos, and the receptionist guy (unfortunately I did not recognize his name ) is very attentive , and helped the girls throw the garbage into the container.

Two stars for delicious drinks. The sauce in the chicken burger is very cheap, not tasty. French fries are normal.
There is no water in the faucet, and there is no paper either.
Honestly, it's better to eat shawarma or pizza.
Staff service is good, but it's better to change the woman's chief manager, she talked to the staff in a high-pitched tone.
When I asked for ketchup, she could choose her tone, if she didn't like working, let her change her job.
I don't want to order anything else besides drinks if I come back.
Please buy a storage tank so that people can wash their hands or give out free wipes.
Change the sauce in the chicken burger, you are using a very bad sauce.

It tastes delicious, but expensive.
1000 rubles were spent on 2 grand tastie burgers, mojito lime, rustic potatoes and 2 sauces, I liked everything, but for this amount it is much more profitable and tastier to overeat shawarma on the counter.
Cashiers leave much to be desired in their attitude towards visitors. If you are very unlucky, you can get to the slowest possible cashier, who can serve one person in 10 minutes.
