Very good quality doors were obtained as a result. Everything is so pleasing to the eye and excellent to the touch in quality that my wife and I are surprised. Of course, we had to wait more than a month for the door, but it was not one of the simplest in our configuration, and we were immediately warned how long the wait would be. The attitude towards the client is not oriented as much as possible, it is not realistic to get through to the shipping department, they do not call back on request, there is either no installer from the company, or he does not care whether there are customers or not, the situation is similar as with the shipping department
I asked for milling for a magnetic latch at the office, saying it several times, they forgot to register it in the contract, the doors arrived without it, the office and the customer service shrugs.

Great store, huge selection. We ordered an entrance door and 5 interior doors with installation. We are very satisfied with the work as a whole - the organization of the process, the installation, everything is very competent and efficient. All the doors were ready on time.
