In my opinion, it sounded like the store would be open on weekends from mid-October!

I ordered a suitcase of a certain color and size. The manager confirmed the order, on the day of pickup, he once again clarified whether I would pick up the suitcase, to which he received confirmation. I come to Kozlov and get the answer: we don't have it available, the managers don't know what they have, look at the flow of people we have. No alternatives with delivery were offered. Customer focus is at zero. And in principle, why, if there is a "stream"))

We arrived on Saturday at 11:30, it was dark..everything is closed, no one is answering the phone. Instagram responded 3 hours later. I bought it somewhere else. I do not recommend it
