Disgusting attitude towards customers!
In August 2024, I ordered delivery to Brest, no one delivered. I asked the head to contact me - December has come, no one has called back!
There is no customer orientation!
The management's attitude to the product delivery process is condoning!
They did not explain a clear reason why this is happening, all they said was that the goods were in stock!
It was lucky that friends were traveling and delivered the long-awaited parcel!
And the delivery service should take care of the quality of work and take note of customer complaints, and not hide!

We ordered a Zov desk, the factory sent it to this transport company. I received an SMS that the table would be delivered on Saturday from 12.55 to 16.55. In the morning I dialed the driver, the driver did not answer, called again at 16:00 it turned out that our table "did not fit into the car and it was not loaded." At the same time, no one informed us about this during the day. They offered to postpone the delivery to Monday. After reading reviews about this company (that the delivery is postponed several times), we decided to pick up the table ourselves.

The worst delivery I've ever encountered. The goods were sent on 12/24/2024 by the supplier from Minsk to a legal entity in Gomel. Today is 28.12.2024 and the product is still not available. They promise every day and reschedule every day. They lie on the phone all the time. The manager replies that your product is on its way, wait. A day passes and when you manage to reach the driver 10 times, you find out that he did not ship the goods at all and it is unknown when he will deliver them.

The courier (Lopin Nikolay Vladimirovich) called an hour before delivery, and then another five minutes before arrival. The driver loaded the entire order into our car on his own, waited until we checked the goods and then handed over the documents, which were neatly packaged in a file. (before that, the goods were brought by autolight, so there were documents in such a state that it was unpleasant to take them in hand). The driver is a very tactful young man, I wish there were more of them.

In response, we only heard that they would figure it out and our delivery would be a priority. As a result, they asked directly and explained to us that they had lost the product.
