The hotel is located in the center of Antalya on the busy highway Adnan Menderes Blv. Antalya International Airport (AYT) is only 15 km away, but in season, due to huge traffic jams, travel time can take more than an hour. MarkAntalya Mall is located in the immediate vicinity of the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center. It can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The main entrance to the hotel is accessed from the back of the building relative to the road.
At Check-In, the passports of the residents are required. Payment for accommodation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is made upon check-in. Upon check-in at the hotel, a deposit of $ 100 is taken, which can be either in cash or in non-cash form. We left a cash deposit and received the same $100 bill back at Check-Out.
Our Two Tween Premium Room was located on the M level, second from the Lobby level. The area of the room is 50 sq.m. On the right side of the entrance there was a wardrobe, behind which there was a cabinet with water and a kettle. There is no coffee machine in the room. This is followed by the living room space. There is a folding sofa and a coffee table with armchairs against the wall. There is a TV on the wall opposite, and under it a work area without an individual light source, but with sockets, as well as a luggage rack.
To the left of the entrance to the room there is a door to the bathroom of a fairly standard size. There was only one sink, a shower and a toilet. Towels were originally provided for only two guests, although children were indicated in the reservation. I had to make an additional request.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall with a glass insert with blinds. The passage is through an ordinary door. The bedroom has two rather wide Queen-size beds, one of which is decorated with plastic flowers, like in a cemetery. It would be better to depict something from towels, as many other hotels do. There is a TV on the wall opposite the beds, and under it there is another work desk without a light source and another luggage stand. The room has a view of one of the main thoroughfares of Antalya, Adnan Menderes Blv. We didn't feel much noise with the windows closed.
Breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center takes place from 6:30 to 10:30 at the Sage Restaurant located on the Ground Floor. In addition to a variety of tables in the room, there are also seating options on the terrace. But firstly, it is not air-conditioned, and secondly, smoking is allowed there.
The buffet area is quite compact. There are two island layouts as well as the placement of dishes along the walls. A salad bar and fruits were presented on the first island. And if the ingredients for making the salad were pretty standard, then the assortment of fruits was good. I was especially pleased with the presence of cherries. Watermelons, apricots and peaches were also great. The second island housed meat cuts and cheeses, as well as an assortment of olives. Everything was standard good. On the left, along the wall, there were Hot Stations with a standard and even, one might say, modest assortment.
There were no Live Stations, but it was possible to order egg dishes from the waiters. Benedicts were not offered for breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center. At the same time, Hilton Honors participants with Gold and Diamond status have the opportunity to order orange, grapefruit or carrot fresh, as well as their combinations. There was a counter with bread and pastries against the far wall. The dessert supply was very weak. There was a separate layout with breakfast cereals, nuts, dried fruits and Turkish sweets.
In the buffet area, as well as in two other places directly in the hall, there are tea and coffee areas for making hot drinks. If not for the excellent selection of fruits, I would call the breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center the weakest among all the DoubleTree visited this year.
The Fitness and Spa complex at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, called Level S. The Buta Spa is open from 6:00 to 22:00 and offers a standard range of services, including a variety of massage programs and cosmetology services. The sauna, Turkish hammam and steam room are available to the guests of the hotel, which are separate, because they are located in separate areas for men and women. In addition, there is a fairly large swimming pool in the common area, as well as a small paddling pool.
The well-equipped fitness center is not open 24 hours a day and is open from 6:00 to 22:00, similar to the Spa complex.
On the T level of the hotel, which is actually the last 7th floor in the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center, there is a Gao Club terrace open from 6:00 to 23:00 with a restaurant, lounge and seasonal pool. The water in the pool is cool, but in the summer heat in Antalya, it is perfect for both children and adults.
Despite the fact that the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is located in the city center, the hotel has a partnership agreement with Cakil Beach in Konyaalti. Hotel guests can use the beach, sun beds and other beach infrastructure for free. There is no shuttle service from the hotel, so you will have to get there yourself. There are several rows of sun beds on the beach. The first line is occupied by boars available for an additional fee.
There is also a bar and a restaurant, the menu is offered in Russian as well. The prices here are quite high.
In my opinion, the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, although formally all the attributes are available. The breakfast is good, but not outstanding, and the friendliness of individual employees leaves much to be desired. Personally, I did not have any problems, but the rude manner of communication between the reception staff and some guests raises big questions for the management. Also, during the entire stay, we could not catch the moment when branded cookies would be available at the reception. Apparently, they are not brought there in principle, but all the guests are told the story that they literally just ended. It is also worth saying that the hotel only works with partner taxis, you will not be able to order a taxi from the hotel via the app, they will not drive up to the entrance. But you can come to the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center by any taxi, there will be no problems. Otherwise, the hotel left only pleasant impressions, the partner beach and the terrace area were good.

We stayed at this hotel in March. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not reach all 5 stars.
The room is pleasant, the cleaning is regular, the necessary supplies were replenished daily. There were no bathrobes at check-in - we asked the maid for them and a couple of medium towels. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a heated towel rail or even an area where you could at least dry your swimsuit after the spa, since there are also no balconies in the hotel. The big plus of the room is the bed, everything was fine in it!
I do not advise opening windows at night, since there are two mosques nearby and the first call to prayer at 5 a.m. will work better than any alarm clock. With the windows closed, it is almost inaudible.
The spa consists of two steam rooms and a hammam with a swimming pool. The entrance to the pool is only with a room card, which is inconvenient. You need to carry it with you and leave it somewhere else while bathing and it is advisable not to forget or lose it. Massage treatments from 40 euros. There is also a second rooftop pool, but it was closed at the time.
Breakfasts: the choice of products from the Swedish line is wide, it was possible not to repeat during the week. Meat products are tasteless to my taste. But the pastries and sweets are great.
In the evening, they often ordered dinner in the room. The portions are huge, delicious, cooked and brought in 10-15 minutes. The main course and salad went up to 500 lire.

It is very difficult for me to evaluate my vacation! Because it turned out to be the best in the last 5 years!
If someone is interested in my review, I'll say so! For all my incredible pickiness!!! And I'm also that miser and grumpy woman…
Everything is GREAT!!! super!!! SUPER!!!
If you have a need for peace and quiet! This way for you!!
And it was in late September and early October! In addition to the perfect work of the hotel team, there is another huge bonus! The weather and the sea are the BEST!

It's a disgusting hotel. We always stay at Hilton Honors, this hotel is much lower in level. The indifference of the staff is amazing, no one is responsible for anything, they cannot fulfill basic requests, they pretend that they do not understand English. They gave us "welcome drinks" as a bonus, and it turned out that the choice was either juice or tea (alcoholic beverages are served as a welcome in all hotels of this chain). They asked for glasses, at first they reluctantly gave them beautiful ones, after a second they said to return them and gave them old and cloudy ones. There is no lounge area, they literally did not want to let them into the bar with the words "it will be faster on the terrace."

I will not name the obvious disadvantages, except that during the ten days of staying at the hotel with a child, a fire alarm was triggered five times, often in the middle of the night - the guests lit up in the rooms. The first time we raced in sneakers from the fourth floor with a child in our arms, then we stopped, but the sediment remained. And so the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is above all praise, the breakfasts are decent, the managers at the reception are kind. But you need to take into account the Oriental mentality, this is not a European hotel

The hotel is like a five - star type name ,
but I would give a rating of 3 + . (no more...)
We had breakfast there, at the restaurant which is located on the terrace at the very top where they have a swimming pool.
The place is not bad , it looks good enough , well , the service was not very good , although there were very few people there .
The Turkish breakfast was also not very high quality . The quantity is huge, well, the quality is so-so. (I was not a client of the hotel and we just went there to have breakfast. )
So I can 't rate the hotel itself .
These are shades only for the unique restaurant and service.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. I liked everything - the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff, although they do not speak Russian, is very responsive and friendly. We communicated through a translator as needed. The room has an iron and ironing board, which is very convenient. There is shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, slippers, but no bathrobes and dental kits. The minibar, which is available on the website, apparently means a tea set - a couple of tea bags and 1 coffee per person.

Not a bad hotel. New hotel - new clean rooms. Good breakfasts. But there are also problems: they asked for a bathrobe, they said they were over, for 5 nights, they never reported it. The room may not be cleaned, you have to ask. Sometimes they forgot to put the towels, then the mugs were washed, but they were not put in place..
On the plus side: there is a pool upstairs with sun beds where you can sunbathe, and an indoor spa. The SPA area is very decent, a good hammam, and they also do a wonderful massage.

Well, it's not 5 stars. Then they will forget to clean up, then put shampoos. There are defects in the rooms (torn curtains). Staying for a couple of nights is fine.

Does not pull a 5-star hotel! Breakfast is generally not bad, but there are few options for vegans. There is a mosque nearby, so we woke up 2 times a night because of prayer.

It is not clear where this 5-star hotel comes from, even if there is no way to have a snack after 11 pm, because the kitchen is closed everywhere. Dental kits were not provided, because they ran out, instead of shower gel - shampoo. The service is just 0 , of the advantages - only clean rooms and the presence of a spa and a gym

The most terrible service, although we were in the Hilton (Dubai, Rome...).In Turkey for the eighth time, we decided to live in Antalya itself, see the city, before that we were in Kemer, Bodrum, Side..We chose this hotel. When buying a ticket, we paid for breakfast and dinner, as we went with the child. On the very first day when we came to dinner, the waiters brought the menu..they have no idea that we have dinner included, what to feed us, and that there is also English...thirty minutes later, they announced a list of what they can sacrifice from their restaurant, not to their detriment....Okay, good..the first day..The second day is even worse, they asked to go down to the first floor in an hour, they will come up with something ......on the third day they asked to sit in the lobby bar and again in broken English they announce the list of what else is left of the stale products from breakfast...they couldn't stand it, asked to bring dinner to the room, it was very unpleasant, and there was no strength and desire to sit in the bar either. About breakfasts, the assortment is very meager..The waiter puts it on himself... One thing is not clear, if there is no such service-dinner, do not sell and do not cheat!!!There are more options in Antalya...Vacations are not every day..Yes, I have never met such a level of relationship ..... and a hotel with, by the way, a "world" name!

An expensive silk dress was ruined in the chemical cleaning of the hotel. Before giving it away, I paid attention to the fabric and clarified whether they would be able to work with it for sure. Not only was the dress returned with a dash from the handle, it also sat down. Now it's just for the trash.
