As always at the Hilton, the room is clean, spacious, bright, and quiet. The breakfast is also good, and it's varied. Pleasant staff both in the restaurant and in the reception area. A great location, next to a shopping mall in the same building with a lot of necessary shops and very convenient for hiking, near the water and the embankment, there is a beautiful view in the evening. But there were disadvantages - when booking, we came across a room for people with disabilities, the information about this was extremely inconspicuous and unobvious, since the photos of the rooms were ordinary, standard, we booked through the hotel aggregator, not the hotel's website, but nevertheless, all the photos of the rooms there are the same. Upon check-in, the girls at the reception informed us that the room was no different, but they couldn't move us anywhere, because all the rooms were occupied, so they offered to choose it, because it was "absolutely the same as the others" When we arrived at the room, we realized that the room was different, starting with the general appearance, it was not like in the photo, and of course, certain features that were made for people with disabilities, which are not very comfortable for a person without them, for example, the shower itself without glass (it's terribly inconvenient, the whole bathroom I was in the water after the shower), a very low sink in which it is inconvenient to wash standing up, a low bed, and no armchair (as in other standard rooms). This did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel itself, but it was annoying during the rest. The cleaning situation is not very clear, no one came in the morning, returning in the evening, the towels were still lying on the floor, no one came, then the maid came anyway, did the cleaning while we were in the room, but did not wash the glasses (or did not replace), quickly wiped the bedside table, took away the trash, replaced in bathroom towels and that's it.
