This is not a delivery company, but just a "desk" that does not deliver but writes that it will deliver and does not deliver.You call them, they answer that they did not have time to deliver and they throw the phone down.After the second call from another number, they picked up the phone and it turned out that the goods had not even been thought of shipping from the warehouse yet. I do not recommend using this company

The most terrible attitude towards customers. It feels like they don't give a damn whether you cooperate with them or not. What a disappointment from this company. I managed to contact them, I had previously worked with Autolight for a long time. I decided to see who else is on the market, especially since cars with stickers are flashing around the city, so I naively decided to turn to them. The favorite phrase of dpd employees is "read on our website." Everything is very slow, the application cannot be dictated, it is a problem to get through. You start talking to an employee and 100 percent of the answer will be either I'll call you back (they won't call you back) or your favorite phrase is "read on our website." We could not deliver the parcel in 4 days, despite the fact that there was an opportunity and a great desire to cooperate. Bottom line: they don't have the right dpd sign, they need the Russian post (as in the jokes)
