We arrived today by appointment, made an appointment a week before the appointment, arrived 20 minutes before the appointment to get to our time, as meetings were scheduled and we did not want to be late everywhere.
We stood in line, paid, there is equipment in the corridor, we were told to wait. They waited for 10 minutes, I asked when we would finally begin to undergo the examination, they said that as soon as a free nurse would come. We waited another 10 minutes, the nurse came over and took it. I sent him to the corridor opposite, where they check his eyesight). We stood there again. They didn't check our eyesight, they sent us to the doctor's office. There's a queue, they said on a first-come, first-served basis... That was the end of my patience with this rundown clinic. Not only is the examination in the corridor carried out, but you have to stand in queues first at the cash register, then for an examination, then for a vision check... so I also have to go to the doctor for "a few minutes" to defend myself.
I took the money and went to a normal clinic in the city.
Where they know how to organize work, and not just take payment for the quality of an ordinary state free polyclinic. By the way, we paid the same, so the clinic is not cheap.
Come to the Kravtsov clinic if you want to stand in queues))) they will offer you a lot of this there. Well, they'll have lunch right in the hallway) What would not be on the street) in the fresh air(((.
