Disgusting!
Deceitful and ill-mannered staff.
They say that draniki wait forty minutes, it's been almost an hour and a half, and the cart is still there.
Lost time and spoiled mood.
There was no toilet, I had to ask the staff.

Slow maintenance and low level of service.
We waited in line for 15 minutes, and then it turned out that the cooking stove was not working. The cashier heard that we discussed several times which pancakes are better to order, but she did not warn us in advance.
We really wanted to try the draniki here. Hurtful.
